This is The Wandering Merchant; his name Beau and he is a very well-known individual among the Island of Eons and is a very curious creature, nobody knows of his origins but what we do know is that he is quite the adventurer so you won't see him often, he usually only comes around once a month at least if not more and you will be able to look through his wares and see if there's anything you'd like!
