after getting some help yesterday, pandemonium steps up to the targets. obrit sits down near him, watching and waiting to see if he actually listened for once. he takes a moment before picking up the quiver. he takes a moment before aiming at a seemingly easy target. he fire the arrow and.... hit a target. after a second of realising he actually hit something, it seems happy with itself, cracking a genuine smile. however, orbit shouts from behind him and shakes him around by the shoulders. one seems slightly more excited than the other.

The fella who gave it to em lit off surprise fireworks when they announced they were together and they thought it was special, so they looked through it all for a token to remember it by. The burned-out one was the only bit left, so they took it and gave it to their kids and everyone passed it down for a while. It's just a nice thing to have. Good memories, n' all that. (It's honestly difficult to aim at these targets with inlaid mirror fragments. The reflections trick the eye, causing your arrows to fly a little off their mark. Once you account for the distance, however, you manage to sink a few arrows.)
