Greetings, friend. I'm no expert in coffee, but this is a recipe I like to make for myself and my girlfriend when we want a summer coffee- one that will replenish your energy while cooling you down, too.

Iona places a tall, narrow mug decorated in copper leaves before you. Within it swirls light, neutral colors that create a pleasant coffee bean and floral smell.

The ice cream now beginning to melt in the mug is flavored with Eden buttercups, which are ground and chopped into the ice cream mix, giving it a light and uplifting yet still inoffensive floral taste. The buttercup ice cream is a bit plain on its own, but it accentuates the other ingredient of the Affogato exquisitely: a Thorny dust flower espresso. Rich, earthy, somewhat reminiscent of dark soil, this chocolate-y espresso is drizzled over the buttercup ice cream while still warm, blending the flavors of the two ingredients. The most interesting part of the drink is the crema of the espresso, made mostly of the dust flower head; it foams on the surface and imparts a bitter flavor, allowing the drink to be an experience from first sip (or bite!) to the last. It even creatures a journey in your mouth, from thorny bitter foam to rich, earthy espresso, followed by the soothing coolness of the buttercup cream.

The server smiles and sticks a copper spoon on top of the mixture before garnishing it with a sprig of dried White asphodel.

today’s glass is extra tall and extra wide. the murky, thick base looks like a coffee color, but that’s pretty much where the similarity ends. swirls of foamy cream create an artwork on the top, but it’s not enough to hide the pieces of metal protruding from the drink. a quick sniff and - yep, that’s a cocktail of motor oil, mud, and grass. brewed over freshly picked bone shards, the “coffee” has all the flavors of a scavenger’s finds. a broken egg game is smashed over the edge of the glass like an attempt at imitating a lemon slice. the broken metal is too big to hide, but underneath, unknown until you pick it up and hear clinks and clonks, are crystal shard pieces and - come to think of it, this cup is even made of scrap. and it’s leaking.
well, it’s not appetizing, but it lives up to its name……

Drink description/entry : Ground Boneblooms produce a powder-like substance that acts much like a ground coffee bean, with a similar bitter, earthy taste and a kick of caffeine to keep you going on a weary day. The most exquisite floral flavours, however, are found in the flowers of the White Asphodel - delicate, aromatic, slightly sweet and deeply botanical in nature, it's addition is usually best in a herbal tea made with crushed moss but lifts the Bonebloom coffee to a different level.

We first take the ground Bonebloom and add three tablespoons to the base of a cafetiere, then add a large handful of White Asphodel. Then, we top up the cafetiere with hot, not quite boiling, water so not to scorch the Asphodel or Bonebloom and replace the lid of the cafetiere, leaving the concoction to steep for no less than 6 minutes. We then press down the filter on the cafetiere, pushing the grounds and the flowers to the base of the vessel so that it can be poured without any unwanted additions flowing into the mug of choice.

We then pick out a nice big mug and we add two teaspoons of freshly pressed Eaden Olive oil, this is what makes it "bulletproof", before adding the Bonebloom-Asphodel coffee into the mug atop the oil, and whisking it to combine the oil with the coffee. The addition of the Olive oil adds not only a wonderful smooth, creamy texture to the coffee without the addition of any milk, but also adds a slightly herbaceous, floral flavour from the distinctly flavoured Eaden olives, as well as an extra boost of energy from the calorie-dense oil. It's the best drink to start your day, the purely Eaden way!

Finally, we garnish the coffee with a fresh sprig of White Asphodel and serve- delicious!

Drink description/entry : Upon first look this drink is served in what looks like a clay cup, when you touch it you feel the cold slimey sensation of mud. The water in it is cloudy and smells like rainwater. It's seems dubious, as a prank. However upon, braving it. You discover, a nice lukewarm floral fruit tea. With hints of honey, and milk.

✦ a mocha latte as the base, this coffee is served with foam art shaped like a cat and even given a face ! the daffodil is made of chocolate ( to avoid the issue of real daffodils being poisonous ) but the next best and closest thing has been added in the form of dandelion flavored syrup, providing a hint of an earthy flavor that's sourced from another yellow flower🎉

It's a dark chocolate iced coffee! The ice cubes are made of frozen coffee so the drink doesn't get watered down. The scoop of ice cream is olive oil flavored and made locally, both the cup and the ice cream are drizzled with chocolate sauce. The bowl is to make sure no ice cream drips on the counter, but it's also made of a specialty chocolate that only melts at extreme temperatures! The flowers are olive blooms!
Extra: I've never had olive oil ice cream. Now I want to try it.

Drink description/entry: This refreshing drink blends medium-roasted coffee with the vibrant Eaden Buttercups. Said flowers are first lain at the bottom of the cup. Beans are then freshly ground and drip brewed through clean moss collected from the gardens to give the coffee a natural, earthen flavor. The hot coffee pours over the buttercups, releasing their refreshingly savory flavor into the brewed java. After the coffee has dripped into the cup, a light creamer that is also infused with Eaden Buttercups is slowly added to cool the drink. Sugar is not necessary - the buttercups are surprisingly sweet! Once the coffee is lukewarm from the addition of creamer, a few cubes of ice are added. Whipped cream is towered up high over the coffee and sprinkled with cinnamon. The whipped cream is then decorated by gently pressing Eaden Buttercup flowers into it. Finally, the most important part - the swirly straw. This process results in a savory light brown coffee with moderate sweetness and a touch of spice. It may not be much to look at, but the process resulting in immaculately earthy flavor is the main draw of this coffee.

A somewhat nervous rodent-like werm with a tiny smile approaches the customer of the day, walking on his hind legs and cradling his creation in his front paws. He shuffles up behind the bar with his gaze fixed on the precarious tower of whipped cream he piled on the drink, which threatens to topple over at any moment. The werm quickly tries to reassure both himself and the customer.

"No worry, no worry!"

Tiramisu leans down and dips his head to watch the base of the cup align with the counter. Holding his breath, he slides it forward... and does so successfully. None of the buttercups are displaced and the whipped cream has not fallen. He nudges the swirly straw he thought would be fun to include back into its proper place.

"Aha! Okay, there you go. You might want to just... drink that here, though."

Drink description/entry: With Eaden being the dustbowl that it is, the options for some good earthy ingredients, aside from a nice sprinkle of sand, are pretty slim! This drink is a hearty blend of some of the moon's more moist flora; blend together the squishiest moss you can find and a tasty handful of clover. The mixture should be thick and fiberous! A caffeine version is available as well by simply grinding up some dark roast coffee beans, making some cold brew, and adding it to the blend. The color should now be similar to swamp water, just how we like it! Sprinkle some bonebloom petals over the top for some color, in addition to their strong floral flavor!

Extra: "Hey there! I'm Jel, and I LOVE coffee. Can you believe they didn't have a caffeinated version of this drink?! Good thing I wrote an anonymous submission to get it on the menu!" Jel suddenly looks down with widened eyes, realizing she is no longer anonymous.
