Val - Val's relationship with his family is a rough one. No one ever really supported him growing up, and because of this Val has no real answer to this question. He'd say his parents as default. They did raise him after all, but that doesn't change the fact that he isn't very close to them anymore.

Remus - Remus' favorite family member is definitely his grandmother. As a kit, when he still lived in Quebec, he'd visit her often. They never did anything too exciting. They'd play card games, clean, cook, or just talk. The thing about Remus' grandmother is that she'd only respond to him if he spoke back to her in French. She understood English, but insisted on Remus speaking French while visiting. Her excuse had been that he'd forget if he didn't speak it regularly. Now as an adult Remus still speaks French fluently, and he can thank his grandmother for that.

Jax - Jax would like to say that he favors both his dad and his pops equally, but that wouldn't be true. He's always had a closer relationship to Pops, and the majority of his happy memories are with him. It's not like Jax doesn't love his Dad or anything, they just are never as close to each other as he was with Pops. Pops was the one that initially got him into music, and that interest carried over into adulthood as well. So yes, Jax's favorite family member is his pops.

Vinny - Vinny absolutely cannot pick between her parents as her favorite family. They both love and care for her so much, and Vinny really appreciates that. It may seem like she doesn't with some of her actions, but she really does. She personally knows some kits that have horrible relationships with their parents, and it makes her realize how lucky she is to have hers.

miles is quite fond of his brother, arturo, though he doesn't ever state it outright. after losing connection for several years, he's much more resolute in keeping in touch regularly with him, as he's one of the few people that he can trust.

ambience:

ambience is closest to her father. he doted on her the most, indulging her wanderlust by taking her on all sorts of trips around the globe. she's learned quite a lot about writing and the world around her from him, and holds him close to heart.

loren:

the only person that loren could count as a family member is his adoptive parent, the graveyard groundskeeper. they're cranky and a bit harsh at times, however they raised loren with steadfast care over the course of his childhood, and still keep an eye out for him at all times. through the stinging words and bitter remarks, loren can see that they care deeply for his wellbeing, and their attitude is just the product of years spent in loneliness and hardship.

destry:

although destry cares a lot for his mother, he has a soft spot for the nanny that cared for him whenever she was away. his nanny is an old, wizened thing who's a bit hard of hearing nowadays. she has served under their family for a very long time, being his mother's nanny when she was a youth, and then his own. with his mother being more often than not absent, and his father a complete mystery, his nanny has been the only constant figure in his life that he looked up to. nowadays he often visits the nursing home that she now resides in. with her own children long grown up and forgotten about her and her husband having passed on, destry is the only person who ever comes to see her at all.

Astra: Honestly, Astra couldn't decide. She loves her whole family so, so much.
Melody: Aside from her wife, she gets along best with her youngest daughter Misha.
Lillith: Much like Melody's response, putting aside her wife, she connects with Cynder the most.
Cynder: She feels as though she prefers Misha over everyone else in her family, she can tell her sister anything and would trust her with her life.
Ren: Ren has only spoken to his mother, Astra, regarding family, he doesn't know that he has other siblings and a father. He left a long time ago. And his relationship with his mother is pretty rocky.
Arabella: She adores her mother and tries her best to help the busy mother out.
Elliot: As much as he loves his girlfriend Astra, he connects with his two children Elijah & Elise really well. So he's pretty much in the same boat as Astra. He doesn't know Ren exists.
Misha: She's just grateful she has a family who hasn't rejected her again and tossed her out on the streets again??
Elijah: Oh boy does this little dude suck up to his mum.
Elise: She's the opposite of her brother and prefers her father's company. But she still loves her mother more than her brother.
Elijah leaves bugs in her bed, talk about rude.

Incarse would give some to every kid around the city, pay some house payments, and treat himself to a good meal.

Gil would buy a whole bunch of enclosures and reptile supplies to restock on the sanctuary's supply.

Carver would buy lots of candy, but also he would restock his camping gear and buy some stuff for his dad.

Nat probably would just make house and car and other bill payments way in advance and replace some of his really old home appliances.

they'd buy their favorite pins which have been sitting on their wishlist, but have always been too expensive. and some more crazy special edition or unique collectors stuff which are usually hard to come across. they'd also buy lots of presents for their family!

plant kid:
get some small upgrades for the tree house, though nothing too grand. they'd also probably buy some plants and seeds and just gardening stuff, because they love it?? buy a few gifts for her friends/family & donate to some charities too probably!

dodie:
dodie has a pretty extensive wishlist. she'd buy a bunch of cool, but useless objects. lots of really cute clothes and accessories too! buy herself a real good pie slice with some coffee [or other cafe drink]. basically she'd go to town and buy whatever interests her.

blue?:
maybe buy some bare essentials. then he'd probably save it in the bank for the future. just imagine it-- putting a infinitive amount of money into the bank. he would have a ton of money, though would still spend carefully [buying more needs than wants].

I would book a bunch of trips to places. I'd also help some people in need. But most importantly, I would see if I can get a flight to my home (and back, of course!) Plane and balloon rides are hard to get but with infinite money I think it would be possible. I just want to see my family again!

What would your kalon do if they had unlimited money for a day?

Agni - Agni would spend the money on just... absolutely stupid crap. A lot of online shopping, donating massive sums to random charities, probably a limo ride, and a trip on a private jet just to say he's experienced it before.

Kimberly - She'd probably spend it all buying supplies she normally can't get her hands on, and all the frivolous crap she wants. A good deal of it would be plant related. Another, larger greenhouse. Supplies for her indoor gardens. A lot of it would be kitchenware as well. A new fancy marble slab, an expensive mixer, a mortar and pestle to replace her heavily cracked and beaten one. Probably an actual bed as well, now that she has the money to pay someone else to bring in the bed frame for her so she can stop sleeping on beanbags and a matress laying on her living room floor.

Zia Lynch - She would probably go to as many shows she would be able to buy
Lenny Lynch - He'd stock as much of it in a bunch of bank accounts as possible

Solitaire Pitch - She would play all the lottery games at the casinos.
