"It's all in the name, isn't it? At least, that's what my mother used to say. Or, that's what I remember her saying. I'm not completely sure if she ever did. Maybe I just made that up to make myself feel better about not having one, and that's actually a very sad thought for me...Uh, anyways, my name. Right. My name is Irene. Not a very common one to here, so I take it to heart that it's special. It actually means 'Peace,' I think."
Irene's name is - as she and I just said - Irene, which means 'peace.' Irene doesn't necessarily agree with this choice of name, as she says that her life is not very peaceful. The serenity was shattered a long time ago, although Irene isn't quite sure as to why she and her brother are orphans.

Irene is the sister in this set of twins. She's not necessarily the most ladylike girl ever, but she definitely is a girl through and through. Don't count her down because of it though. She'll do any challenge thrown her way - no matter how ridiculous - and isn't afraid to get her paws dirty.

Irene and Marco have a pretty good relationship. They both trust each other, and Irene often goes to her brother if she has a problem. Even though they're the same age, Marco tends to take on the older brother role, including the whole protecting of your younger sister. This can irritate Irene, but they generally work it out. They know each other so well that it's hard not too.
