After being massacred and shoved out of their home by a massive group of rogues, Nightwhisper has taken charge and lead the remaining cats to a new home. However they are now cut off from Starclan with no place to contact them and the clan is utterly alone and lost. Can they trust Nightstar to lead them through this or will Leaf-bare's claws rip the clan apart?

➤ Medicine cats are not to have mates or kits.
➤ Rogues and loners are no longer welcome within the clan.
➤ Relationships with cats outside the clan are forbidden.
➤ Kits, no matter their origin, are to be protected.
➤ Patrols should have no less than 3 cats.
➤ Do not leave camp alone.
➤ Any cat younger than 10 moons may not go on dawn or dusk patrol.
➤ Stay away from the cave at the edge of the territory...

Nightstar was never cut out to be a leader. She was one of three kits
born to Yarrowsong and Ravenstep, a young couple in Pineclan who were
very in love and very doting parents. She was the middle born and often
sat on the sidelines while her siblings tried for their parents love and
attention. Most things came easy to Nightstar. She was a great hunter,
skilled fighter, and well liked by most of her clanmates. However, she
always felt a disconnect from them in some way, something she could
never explain. She was always impulsive. Always getting in trouble as
an apprentice, and even in her early warrior days.

When the rogues attacked she fought hard but in the end she lost
everything, except for her nephew Cranepaw, who she protects
very fiercely now. She couldn't bare to lose him too and he was
the main reason she decided to gather the group together and
leave. She couldn't watch more cats die over territory, even if
it was her home. She had to protect them.

Cranepaw tries his best to be cheerful, always ready with a smile for
his clanmates. He's always the first to offer to help with anything,
and he never minds listening to others' problems. Like a little ray
of sunshine, he runs around the camp, helping where he can and
providing warm smiles and kind words when needed. However, when
it comes to his own issues he tends to tuck them away, preferring to
pretend they don't exist. He struggles to handle negative emotions
and so he covers them with a smile, willing them away. His sunshiney
personality isn't entirely a facade, but a lot of it is. Beneath it he
overthinks a lot, spirals with anxiety, and sometimes only smiles
because he doesn't want others to realize he's often in a bad mood.

Cranepaw was born in Pineclan as one of three siblings. The
middle child, he felt sometimes overshadowed by his siblings, who
were better than him at most things. Though he never struggled for
his parents' love, he still felt out of place regardless. This pushed him
closer to his aunt, Nightstar, who was able to relate to him more than
his parents could. When the rogues attacked he was terrified and too
young to fight. He lost most of his family, which deeply impacted him,
and he grew even more attached to his aunt. However, since they left
and Nightclan was formed, he started to shut down a bit, hiding his
fear and grief beneath false smiles in order to not worry Nightstar.

After everything the clan has gone through, she is quite distrustful of nearly everything. A once loud and happy-go-lucky cat turned reserved and introverted. Even with those closest to her, she has a hard time trusting them.
Physique: Average height and weight, with a short, cream colored coat and deep midnight blue eyes. There is a notable 3 claw mark scar across the left side of her flank that doesn’t seem to waiver her movement.

Background: Birchpelt was born and raised within the clan, her mother, a rogue, who had become part of the clan long before she bore her kit. Her father was a known rogue who refused to become part of the clan; it is believed that he may have been part of the rogues who ravaged the clan. Silverstrike, Birchpelt’s mother passed during the battles that struck the clan. Birchpelt had a normal clan upbringing, her trauma was induced by the clan’s battles with the rogues.
