I decided to rewrite my old RP...


This RP is based on the game Okami/ Okamiden and continues where it ended.

20 years before all great Amaterasu's pup Chibiterasu's destiny was to begin a journal to defeat the evil Akuro and his own shadow brother Darkterasu (Okamiden). Year after the win, Chibiterasu lost his Brush god power and is living now as a normal wolf. He found a mate and has his own little family.

Now, a few months ago something terrifying was being happened in the Celestial plain, where all the brush gods lived. They were vanishing one after another, that's when the great Amaterasu got to see what was going on but vanished as well.
After the brush gods and Amaterasu went missing, the world was again run by demons, which brought chaos and destruction around.

Now the Nippon needs help once again, so saving the world goes to a little group of new blood that is related to the past. Only one brush god was not gone missing, Yumegami the dragon of guidance. With the great help of the Yumegami, will the group save the parallel world of Nippon?

There is a little bit of help about the Okami/ Okamiden world, places, etc.

Demon/ their mortal bodies age

The sealed demons are over 5000 years old, but their mortal bodies are not, even if they're there for many years after being sealed away (mortal body ages could be between 18-40 years). The mortal body's life is like a phoenix they give birth, live, and die, and then they give birth again to another mortal body, and have a different kind of life, without knowing their past lives at all. For many years with many different lives, they didn't know about their sealed demon bloodline, before now, as they didn't need to as the Amaterasu and celestial brush gods kept the world protected and fought the evil. Now the last half of a year the world is going deeper into the darkness and the Celestial brush gods are gone and most of the saviors are gone too, the sealed demons are the only ones left to bring the calamity so those demons are calling for their souls of the mortal bodies

Rules

- CS rules apply
- This is adventure-type RP, with lots of moving around and fighting against demons, so there may be fatal injuries and close-to-death situations. Killing someone's character without their permission is forbidden.
- make as many characters as you want, but make sure to keep track of them all (I may be a little picky for the demon gods as there are only twelve of them, so one person can take two, but if they're not taken by some time I will allow one to take even three. )

-Most Canons are npc in here, but they are still there. Remember this is after the Okamiden storyline so canon characters are adult. You are able to make possible children's to any canon characters.
-Please keep genders even, same with sexualities, all sexualities are allowed thought.
-I approve if the characters you made, could be adults 18+ years old, especially the main ones.

-Demon gods are in their mortal "human" bodies, so keep that in mind, only after awakening their full powers they can shift to their demon form. The start of the roleplay doesn't make your demon gods too strong, they will become stronger as the journal goes on, just like anyone else.

-Sealed Demon gods can be any mythical creature, no need to be only for Japanese creatures. Only one mythical creature for one kind, I will accept nine-tailed kitsune and one-tailed fox demon, or serpentine dragon and original dragon. You also can be creative with your demons, like a winged dragon-scaled cat demon.

-Sun tribe members Amaterasu's children, got their look from their father's side, which means there werewolves. Has a human and wolf form.

-Only the Sun tribe members are allowed to have the possessed brush god's powers after the possession is lifted away.
-You can have a crush on your own characters, but don't make it too mutual, and give others a chance to build relationships with your characters.
-There is no word limit, write as much or less as you want, but please do not use one-word replies (she/he/ they smiled, etc), if your character is sleeping then it's fine, as it's understood.
-This is not ruled, but a request, when roleplaying please tell who you're roleplaying at... it makes things easier.

He has a little crush on Kiyomi, but it's one side, he is very close with her and is best friends with Arashi. His relationship with Akai is very bad as they simply hate each other.

He is trained alongside his father to become an oina warrior. He didn't have any powers except his werewolf powers before his mother vanished and things started to happen, he was gifted his mother's divine retribution and had a specially made sword to use.

Oh cool. I’m probably going to make Amaya like 16 then. She’s meant to be 6 years younger than Chibi, and I wasn’t sure how old he should be…
So would his kids actually have to be 15 then, though? Because if so, that means he’d have to have been like 18 when he had them so that would actually mean I’d have to make Amaya way older because he’d have to be in his 30s (I don’t want to mess with CS rules even though Chibi is just an NPC and I’m not sure if I should actually worry about his age. But even if we say he was 15 when the pups were born, if they have to be 15 + then he’d be 30 now so Amaya would still have to be in her twenties.)

Also, do we have to use pictures for every character, or would descriptions work too? I don’t actually have a ref for Waka’s daughter since I just kind of came up with her on the spot…but I could add her into an exist artwork I already have.]

I don't know if I said in in rules or not but the age think was only for the main characters and demons? The age think dosen't matter those others? As long they're not babies under 10 years as why could that young being there...

Amaya could be 15-16 as Aoi will be 17-18 at the moment and they're second litter after Chibi.

It's fine as she is one of the Ammys offsprings, so it's not weird for them to have powers.

And no all animals need a humanoid forms. Like Chibi in this version has none, he is pure wolf like his mother who also don't have.

Oki is not missing only Amaterasu is. Well if you make them they could be on the journal as they're not villains and other way roleplaying them could be hard. As most npc characters are those canons or people mentioned, but are not going to the journal/ staying at home.
