Appearance:
Jo has tanned skin, nice lips and nails, and back length dark hair. Their eyes are blue, and their hair is usually pulled back. Either in a ponytail or a bun, though they can be convinced to pull it into two parts. They have a variety of clothes, mostly camo and gray and dark clothes.
The wolf form has fluffy fur and is just as dark. The eyes are the same blue, and the nails and nose are black in color. They’re much larger than a normal wolf, maybe bear sized, maybe bigger. Big enough that they could be ridden like a horse, if someone dared to try.
Personality:
Jo is a sincere but also stubborn individual. They are talented but also tumultuous at times. They can be cold if angered, but they also care greatly for their kids as well as the pack. They’re a force to be reckoned with, which can either be seen as good or bad. They don’t like to be told what to do…but if it’s their mate they listen. They have the qualities of a leader, and are loyal to the pack. They love a good challenge, though also like to cause mischief. They are loud at times, and they used to like to wander but not really anymore.
History:
Jo was born fifty six years ago to the two betas. They and the current alpha grew up as best friends from babies to adulthood. The two ended up getting together, so Jo became second alpha. The two of them have four offspring now. The eldest is 29 now. The youngest, Jamie, is 18, and the other two siblings are in between the ages of those two. Jo loves their mate very much, and enjoys being around him. They also love their children, and want this union to go well for the eldest and the betrothed one.

Is blue moon (I hope I took the right pack name) alpha open and if it is then does the beta need to be alpha pups or could it be relative like the alpha's sibling? And is there a rule on how many high ranks one person can take? As I think those alpha, beta, commanders, and maybe healers are all high ranks.

I assume Blue Moon is the one you meant, since Red Sun alpha is my character Jo’s mate. But yes, all the alphas are open. It’s up to the main alpha RPers to decide if they want their character to have a mate (though I kind of jumped the gun by making Jo…who is secondary alpha), so if you do mean Blue Moon you could have them either still have their mate or something could have happened (Jessaa had two parents, but that doesn’t mean she still has to have two parents. Something could have happened to one of them.)

As for Beta, I actually didn’t put a beta rank since the two eldest heirs are meant to be taking over the packs after their wedding, the parents are ready to retire at this point and just enjoy their lives. So that’s why I put the extra three heirs of each pack as beta, third in command and fourth in command. You can make a former beta if you really want to, but the secondary heirs WILL be the new betas as soon as we get through the little wedding/ceremony.

I don’t actually know how many people are going to join, so…I’ll say you can have two to four high ranks (I took four or five because I was trying to fill roles and keep my numbers even and wasn’t really thinking as I was making characters.)
