I thought Kate should have a pet, but I haven't decided on how I'd want to code him into her form, so here's Sammy, a male british shorthair



I'm not yet sure if I'll add any others, but I honestly can't really picture Marcus, David or Jac having pets around, unless they happen by one during the roleplay itself

and yes, this thread is for chatting and relations planning, just about anything that doesn't fit in the forms thread or main rp thread c:

saeraphina's pets

• xan - a 12-year-old dapple grey percheron stallion who saera found a few weeks into the apocalypse at an abandoned farm. he ran from her at first due to her wolf blood, but he's a very brave boy and learned to trust her and now doesn't fear the pack, but will react to unknown wolves or wild animals.
  
• roux - a 1-year-old rhode island red hen that was hatched at the compound and raised by hand by saera after it got pecked by other adult chickens and needed extra care, she now follows saera around like a lost puppy.
• vixen - an 8-year-old female black and tan beauceron that saera has had since before the undead rose and she's been with her ever since. she's very intelligent for a dog and often acts as one of the pack.

gabriel's pets

• duck duck - a 5-year-old male sable gsd who has been with gabe since everything started. he got the dog as a puppy only a few months before everything happened and he was able to survive with the pup for years. when gabe was turned, duck was right there with him and has been gabe's rock, that dog is his absolute everything and he will most definitely kill to keep him safe.

evangelina's pets

• dancer - a 7-year-old bay mustang mare that eva helped last year when the group was traveling to their new home. she found the mare tangled in some old rope and was able to calm her and cut her free. the mare was still injured so they spent a few hours getting a rope tied around her head in a makeshift halter before leading her away and to their new home. the mare has since had a small colt everyone has named 'donner'.
• butters - a 3-year-old male lab that eva had picked up as a stray puppy while traveling alone. he's been with her through the toughest times and he's extremely protective of her infant son. she had trained him to alert to strangers and the undead while they were traveling, but now he guards eva and her son while they are out doing their chores.
• blue - a 9-month-old domestic longhaired cat who's coat is steel blue in color hence his name. eva found his mother last year, but the she-cat didn't stick around after her kits were grown. blue was the only one to stay with eva and he follows her around like a dog, often snuggling with butters when she's doing boring chores.

kylian's pets

• delta - a 9-year-old male dutch shepherd who has been with kylian since he was 10-weeks-old. he raised delta and trained with him to be a military k9 handler. they were deployed twice together, but made it back stateside before everything happened. he's been with kylian ever since and he's now a patrol buddy.
• grizz - a rather grouchy black and white stray tomcat that likes to hang around sometimes, no idea how old he is just that he's an adult.

I didn't mention it on his form anywhere but angel is
definitely not the biggest animal person - he is intimidated by
them, to be completely honest. doesn't matter if its something
as small as a hamster or as large a horse, he's gonna avoid them;
i mean, what do you even do with them shkjshlshskjs (mildly
fearful of the commitment but shhh)

I'm going to go ahead and start typing up basic relations on
my relations post based on everyone's forms, but if I come
across any characters who I think mesh particularly well/bad
with him, i'll reach out! <33

i'm still working on my boys' info, but all of mine are open for relations so feel free to post here or pm me about them!

- saera is open for everything, i can edit her form any way i need to in order to add any new family members or perhaps some past romantic history with someone c:

- eva is open for only friends and family, she's not one to make enemies and is already shipped, but i'm down for a triangle if anyone wants their character to crush on her [won't be reciprocated, but who doesn't like angsty drama lol]

- kylian is open for everything, but has a deep set fear of commitment [maybe a twinge of abandonment issues?] so any romance he has won't last as he'll push them away, but we can work out a kind of slow burn :3

- gabe is open for only friends or enemies as his family is gone, romance wise he's very deep in the closet and is scared to come out so it'll be a tough time to get him to commit to anything, though a fake/masking relationship with a girl would be interesting to play out

i'm still fleshing out Owen & Tyler's forms...
but I figured i'd just pop in to say my three boys are open for relationships / background histories!
also love all the pets <3 doubtful my boys would have critters; and Clive is definitely not allowed to own any

Owen - shipped, but open for everything else! he's the younger brother to the alpha, but open for more fam!
Clive - is open for pretty much everything; tho I have some ideas for @chev's Jackie c; (i'll be reaching out soon)
Tyler - sad boy is also open for basically everything; questioning his sexuality so might be interesting to have some awkward flirtations c:

also, I've written relo ideas for about half of your guys' characters
and angel, but i'll get to the rest soon! for those of you I wrote stuff
for, let me know if you want me to change anything~

tyler was even remotely interested though he'd definitely
