It has been 20 years since Seto Kaiba was able to travel to the Afterlife with the Dimension Emulator and have his duel with the Pharaoh Atem, which was a fatal error that caused Zorc to be revived. Zorc broke the barrier between Earth, the Shadow Realm, and the Afterlife and plans to destroy the world. Now as choosen ones of the Millennium Items, Yugi and Kaiba have to save the world, together with 5 other Duelists who were chosen by the Millennium Items. Only their combined powers can seal Zorc away once more. Will the Chosen Ones join together, or will Zorc destroy the world as he nearly did once, 5,000 years ago?

Seto Kaiba is now in possession of the Millennium Rod because it originally was wielded by his ancestor, Priest Seto

Pegasus, Ishizu, and Bakura are no long in possession of the Millennium Eye, Millennium Necklace, and Millennium Ring

Yami Marik is revived, because the barrier between the real world and the Shadow Realm was broken, but he does not possess the Millennium Rod and is a separate entity from Marik Ishtar.

History

Caelan is the firstborn son of Seto Kaiba, but his mother went missing when he was 3 years old. His uncle Mokuba took care of him when his father was busy running the family's company. He bonded with his uncle quickly, but for a time he wondered if his father actually cared about him. It was when he was chosen by the Millennium Eye that his father showed true concern for him, first trying to talk him out of using the eye, but later being proud of his son for risking his safety to help others.

Personality

Erin is dignified, confident, and composed, the very picture of professionalism at all times. She's the sort of person people are uncomfortable talking to, not because she's cold or distant, but because of the air of absolute authority she exudes. When she gives an order, it's followed, and when she makes a decision, it's final. When talking to her, one gets the impression that she knows a lot more than she's letting on, and that she'd be very hard to deceive.

Behind her stoic facade, however, is an incredibly tired soul, burnt out from years of struggle, still desperately trying to cling to the last shreds of morals that have been eroded by decades of deplorable actions. Everything she's done has been for the greater good, of course, but that doesn't make the weight any lighter.


History

Much of Erin's past is shrouded in mystery. She came out of nowhere, the Millennium Necklace around her neck, already aware of what her role was to be in the coming conflict. She claims to be unaware of what happened to the necklace's prior owner, and nobody really has a good reason to distrust her, but the fact that there's little to no record of her life to be found definitely raises some eyebrows, and her refusal to elaborate doesn't help much.
