The recently elected Guide might've long since mastered the
art of eloquent speech and persuasive turn of phrase, yet her
kind brown eyes tend to betray her idealistic disposition.
It is undeniable that Crow is young for a Guide, but she has
felt the call of the gods ever since she could remember. Her
faith is her guiding force, and something she could not exist
without. She tends to spin her young age to her benefit, as
she is not yet set in her ways like some of the pack's eldest,
and thus displays significant adaptability. This doesn't mean
that she is rebellious, or breaking tradition for the sake of
breaking it, but instead she takes a more of a reformist
stance. All of her decisions are well-meaning, yet she does
not always have the experience required to see all the subtle
ways they affect the pack.

Crow In The Field is an optimist, and inherently trusting. She
wants to believe in the sincerity of those around her, and will
do so unless given a serious reason against it. Her manner is
most often amiable, yet she tends to be slightly aloof when
preoccupied with something. As a former Keeper, she values
peace highly, and despite her athletic physique, she is quite
gentle with her movements. Barely ever does the thought
of using force even cross her mind. She faces conflict with a
patient mindset, and her level-headed temperament rarely
allows her to anger.

Crow is extremely conscientious, and she holds herself to the
admirable standard set by the gods. Although she is highly
devoted to those laws and their observation, she believes her
foremost duty to be maintaining the well-being of the pack.
Even if this means re-examining their laws and interpreting
them differently than before.

Whitetail is one grumpy dog. He seems rude and inconsiderate, often p
ushing others out of his way both literally and figuratively. He values st
rength and survival, and his pack is the most important thing for him. A
lthough you won't hear many sweet words from him, he has your back,
in his own way. If you ever need help, trust Whitetail to be there. Thou
gh he might seem a reluctant helper with his rude words and harsh natu
re, he actually lives for his pack. The life of any pack member is to him
like his own, even more, important than his own.

Whitetail possesses a temper that is usually quite thin. He's quick to ang
er, but around his own pack, he rarely stays angry for too long. If you're
not a Balva, however, angering Whitetail can lead to him hating your gut
s and making you his enemy. Since nothing angers him more than hurting
the Balva and since he is slow to trust others, Whitetail is wary and sus
picious of the dogs without a pack in fear of harm befalling on his.

There is a softer side to this dog, despite his rather hard edges. He's se
cretly a bit of a softie underneath his tough exterior, and he tries not t
o lash out at pups or someone clearly distressed too harshly. If he man
ages to accidentally scare you, you won't likely hear an apology, but he
'll instead change his behavior and be less abrasive in the near future.
With friends, he's still grumpy, but if you're close to him, you can clear
ly spot his warm nature under it all. It's not unusual for him to see his f
riends fed before he eats himself. While he's often strict and a "no-non
sense" kind of dog, being with those he holds close may bring out a goo
fier, more relaxed side of him.

Whitetail is ambitious in a quiet sort of way. He has a strong will to pro
ve himself, not only to everyone else but to himself, too. What matters
the most to him is his pack, so you'll never find him slacking off when t
here's a job that needs to be done. While he knows when not to pick up
a fight, Whitetail is always ready for one. He is not stupid, exactly, but
he can be oblivious and reckless, often running into action without thin
king about it first. Obeying orders is his first priority, though, so you won
't see him disobey his boss. He is no strategist, and instead usually relies
on brute strength to get through conflicts. And while he has quick paws
under him, as is suitable for a Balva, he isn't too agile.

Appearance:
Odin comes from a lineage of mixed breeds, meaning his
appearance may resemble a number of different canine
traits. He has sharp, pointed ears, a toned athletic body
and a broad head. There’s no doubt this dog can handle
himself in a fight but surprisingly, he’s also a master of
stealth, hence his position of Seeker. His coat is
incredibly useful under the cover of darkness, which is
when you’ll find Odin most active on his duties. He’s a
large dog with an imposing figure, and won’t hesitate
to use this to his advantage. His eyes are a piercing
amber, and contrast greatly to his raven coat.

Personality:
Odin has forever out his undying loyalty into the pack and it’s leader, scorning those with opposing views. He’s a hard working member and won’t hold back on his duties for his own personal needs. Some may even regard him as incredibly driven, too occupied with his duties to have time to form close bonds and relationships with his fellow members. Perhaps he should loosen up and take things more easy, but he’s seen what irresponsibility can do to a pack. He’s not tempted to risk anything based on a moment of fun, and usually encourages others to keep focused and their heads level. Odin has a fiery temper to him, but this is rarely aimed at members of his own pack. He can be cynical and share his fair amount of sarcasm, making it...difficult to experience his company. But Odin is fiercely protective of those around him, and wouldn’t hesitate to lay down his own life if it means others may live on. Impulsive and quick thinking, Odin won’t usually think things through before carrying out his actions. While this may infuse his boldness and confidence, it may deter him from making the right choice, endangering himself and possibly those around him.
