[Personality]
Biggest trash bag to walk the earth. 86 is a teasing piece of crap, to put it simply. He lives life like a game and likes to push people's buttons, get under their skin. Reckless and what most would describe as a fool, he's up for doing anything as long as it's new and exciting. Boredom is his worst enemy. If you're looking for a fun night out which'll end badly, 86 makes a great friend but if you're looking for someone to depend on and someone who will listen and respect you...He's not the right person. Sure, he does have a moral compass and can feel guilt but to him regret is all part of the fun and the experience. This coffee-obsessed, cat lover is a fan of staying up late, starting fights in bars and in alleyways and just generally messing things up.

[History]
His early life was a little odd, but not too bad.
Since he left home, he's been constantly on the move, rarely staying in one city for more than a year. Usually, he moves as soon as another large city has docked up. 86 has been all across the globe and has even lived on A1. [Ah yes, A1, the nice modern place with all the rich people and the location of the main government.] This is due to his constant search for new and interesting things. He's had many contracts with people and in some cities is quite well known as a hitman. Though, it would seem the government doesn't really care and 86 is clearly not trying to hide.

[Personality]
Aster upon first glances seems to have endless reserves of patience, which he does, if you're not someone he has to help at least once every month because you've been stupid and got shot a bunch of times. He's calm, level headed and generally quite friendly, unless you're someone who is intentionally reckless. Underneath all his layers of general nice-ness, Aster is a huge, bubbling ball of constant stress, which you may see if he gets comfortable with you. With people who frequently require his help, or are morons, he can be snappy and very, very sarcastic. Though, he'll rarely refuse to help someone, no matter what they've been in the past. To put it simply, he's forgiving but he'll never forget your name.

[History]
The majority of Aster's early life was relatively normal and of little importance. He grew up in and lived in a city in the southern hemisphere, FZ05. Spent the majority of his time studying medicine and getting into the best schools possible. He was a successful medical scientist and a doctor for quite a long time and was relatively well known in the science world. He'd go to conferences in C90, the science hub of all the cities. Though in unknown circumstances his medical license was revoked and he moved out of the southern cities to here. He's been here ever since. Technically the work Aster does is illegal as he doesn't have a medical license but the majority of RD23 seem to not care. No one has died under his care and there's no doubting his skills, not to mention he often works for free.

[Personality]
Edward, or Z as he prefers to go by as he has some odd dislike for his name, has expensive tastes and a love for the finer things in life. He's all for dramatic entrances and just generally doing inconvenient things if they look better, he has the money to afford it after all. He likes to take the easiest route and doesn't really care what it is. He's a big fan of new technology and architecture. So, why doesn't he spend all of his time in A1? Well, to put it simply he likes to see how things advance, likes to see a bit of struggle without having to partake in it himself. He finds RD23 incredibly interesting. Plus, there's still plenty of fancier things in the city centre. The underground trade of weapons, technology and information is also something he likes to keep an eye on and tries to have connections with the gangs in the area whenever possible. He's known for paying people large amounts of money for seemingly no reason and has also taken several people to A1 with him. Why? Because he likes people to be indebted to him, owe him favours. Z knows it's good to have as many friends as possible in such an unstable world. He doesn't trust a single one of his 'friends', though.


[History]
Edward was born into all of this, born in the city C35, near the South Pole. His family was rich and always was rich. In fact his family's wealth dates back to before the floating cities and it is suspected much of it came from oil and gas sales. He lived an easy life as a child but had a habit of slacking off at school. He believed more in practical knowledge, there was always a smart kid you could pay to do your homework. This didn't mean he wasn't smart, he just didn't like to play into the system.
As for getting to his role in the government, he worked as an intern for a while and then as a receptionist and then as a secretary. He then got the person he worked for fired and volunteered to take over her role. Surprisingly that worked and he continued to rise from that. No one is actually sure what his exact role in the government is but whatever it is, it gets the government more money so they're happy to keep paying him to do whatever it is he does.
