weston high school is located near the coast of california in a town called adair. adair is a fairly small town and everyone knows their neighbors and their neighbors’ neighbors. not a lot has happened in adair that was particularly memorable. it’s a a pretty quiet place and there’s not a lot of crime. most people after high school leave to go follow their dreams, but they somehow always end up back in the quaint town.
most parents like to believe that all their kids are friends, but all the students know that’s definitely not the case. all these kids grew up together. so if you’re new… good luck. the students are all divided into certain cliques, and that’s how it’s always been.

Callie is a good friend of Brie's. Every time she has a party coming up, Brie is sure to go, for she enjoys them. The best way to spot her out is Callie's nickname for her 'Ireland', which she's known as since the first time they met, shortly after she moved to America.

One of Brie's closest friends, she adores Spencer. They've instantly clicked since the first time they've met. He was always friendly with her, she has a secret love for his sort of dad-like humor, and of course, he's got a wonderful voice. She's always down to hear him sing, whether he needs to practice or when he's actually performing. She trusts him with pretty much everything. These days however, she's been noticing something different when he's around..

Salem and Brielle are tight. Brie occasionally calls her 'Candy' because of how much Salem loves it. Whenever Brie's in a mood for a little risk, she calls up Salem, and they have a blast together. She definitely trusts her, and guarantees to have her back when she needs it. Brie hopes that Salem finds love, for she believes that out of everyone else, she's one of the most deserving out of it.

Brie likes Ellis. She was always fascinated with the country lifestyle, and when Ellis first came to school, she wanted to be his friend. They are friends to this day, and she won't lie, she used to have a small crush on him. But nothing to get in the way of a friendship.

While not the closest, Brie considers Jazmine a good friend of her's. She was always nice to her, and knows she hasn't had the happiest life. She has faith that she can definitely make it somewhere with that voice of her's. Plus, she's close friends with Salem, so that gives an opportunity to hang out more.

Brielle has known Armani since he's lived in Ireland previously. So she was stoked and flabbergasted to find out he was here, and automatically came to greet him with a big hug. She really is happy to see him again, and hopes to catch up and be close like back in Ireland.

➵ Ezekiel Novak / Loner (♦) "He's a bit of a quiet one, isn't he?"
That's the one thing Brie notices about the guy. He's a bit of an observant one. Maybe even a wild card, she'd go as far to say. However, she doesn't feel anything bad towards him. If anything, she wouldn't mind getting to know him. He's just a bit difficult to discover.

Erik is a great friend of Brie's. Both being sweethearts and full of energy, these two instantly clicked. Also being from another country, though not Ireland, it's nice to chat with someone who knows the pressure of starting all over in a different part of the world. She loves his stories about his time in the Netherlands, and happily returns the favor, swapping her own experiences in Ireland.

Brie adores Aury, he's so precious. From the moment they've made, he's been the sweetest to her. To the point where she questions if she's really capable to give him what he deserves, for she believes he deserves the best life can give him. It would hurt her deeply if she was to find out she hurt his feelings in any way. She's very open to him, often lending him a friend despite some social differences. He doesn't know this, but she actually learnt ASL for a while now, and is waiting to surprise him with it.

➵ Saga Grönlund / International (✓) "Coffee!"
Like Salem with 'candy', Brie occasionally calls Saga 'Coffee', because she always brings coffee to school. Saga is also considered a good friend of Brie's. While not exactly a gossiper, sometimes she'll make an exception, for she knows Saga's a big fan of the hot tea. Like with Erik, she also likes to swap stories and experiences about herself in Ireland, for her experiences in Finland. They fascinate her.

➵ Lucas Seo / Popular Kid (✓) "I talk to him about Ireland!"
Indeed, Lucas always seems very interested in her experiences in Ireland. Likewise, Brielle is always happy to share them, for she does have a deep love for her home, after all. Being part of the main popular clique, Brie has easily been able to make friends with him, though they're not the closest yet. Perhaps that'll change in the future?

➵ Connor Baako / Bad Kid (♦/✗) "He's more risky when it comes to the school rules than I am. That says a LOT."
For some reason, Brie and Connor have an ability to clash really easy. While she doesn't hate him, he's not exactly a friend either. She feels as if she gets on his nerves, and if we're being entirely honest, he kind of gets on her's too. Especially whenever she feels like he's unnecessarily rude to someone.

➵ Kellin Matthews / Outcast (♦) "He's a bit of a freaky one."
Kellin has a huge ability to know how to creep Brie out. While not running across the hallways to avoid him, she sure don't want to double cross him either. For only God knows what the guy's thinking.

➵ Hallie Montgomery / Bad Kid (♦) "She's kind of like Connor in a way."
Indeed, Brie does feel like Hallie is a lot like Connor. And that would make sense, since Hallie and Connor are close. However, she feels as if Hallie can be more easygoing when she wants to be. Regardless, Brie doesn't trust her 100%.

➵ Emma Richards / Bad Kid (✓) "Class buddy!"
At times, the most exciting thing about class are the times where Brie and Emma interrupt the lesson with their lack of filter mouths. It brings out her slight rebel side. She enjoys time with her, and while there are times they get into huge trouble over it, it's always worth the laughs and days made over it.

It may come as a surprise to some, but Kellin and Ezekiel share a lot in common, and maybe that's why they hit it off. Kellin is aware of the fact that Ezekiel's friend circle is very small, and so is his own, so that's one. Not to sound emotional over it, but after a while of knowing him, he does appreciate how much of a concerned and loyal friend Ezekiel is under his cold appearance. He's a firm believer that the loner is like him in many. Particularly misunderstood.

While not having done anything to her or vice versa, for some reason, Brielle gets on Kellin's nerves. He clashes with her easily. However, it is fun to give her the creeps, knowing that there's a lot of things he knows and heard of that can give her the chill.

Kellin actually likes Saga. She's probably one of the only smiley people he actually gets along with. Her bold and straightforward nature actually is refreshing, and often offers to join in on the pranks, if having the chance. Hey, just because he's creepy doesn't mean he doesn't want to have fun. She's cute, too, but wouldn't necessarily admit it out of random.

These two are close to opposites on everything. Personalities, cliques, friend groups.. The closest thing they have in common is probably Connor, who he thinks Lucas is friends with. Plus they share a class or two. There's been a few times he's caught Lucas's gaze, and often returns with raised eyebrows before shrugging it off.

They aren't the closest pair of friends, but Kellin shares some pretty good moments with Connor. There's been a few times where he joins in on his little troublemaking, and usually can talk to him easily. Every now and then, there'll be a little clash, but nothing serious.

Hallie seems like she's been through a lot, he can sense it from a mile away. She's good friends with Connor, so of course he knows who she is. She's cool, just not the closest.

Indeed, he always found Emma one of the more interesting ones. At first, he would've never expected her to be one of the rebellious kids. Then after seeing her make some amusing moments in class, and hearing some times where she's got into trouble, it surprised him slightly. While not begging on his knees, she does interest him in some ways. But every time they see each other in the hallway, she somehow seems to get angry easily.. It makes him wonder if it's something he said, or if it's just him.. Or even if it's something else. He can't figure it out.
