something happened with the humans. something made them.. snap.
it happened all in a hazy blur, suddenly the dogs where being kicked
out to the curb, & sometimes being chased out with more.. extreme
measures. nonetheless, the dogs are alone now, there human friends
gone and now hating them. the dogs have now ventured out, bringing
only a few things with them like friends or even a small object or two
to remember their humans by. A group of dogs came across this part
of a lush forest, even with a abandoned farm that supplies them with
food and shelter. but now, they've been split up by their beliefs.
some believe the humans were cruel and did not love them any longer,
though others disagreed and said it wasn't their fault, that something
happened that made them have to. the groups have shifted into two,
and now they are in war to have the land that they so badly need.

xxxxxxxcomforting that it truly hurt when he was adopted by a family three states away. he was in this family the whole way up until
xxxxxxxthe outbreak of anger in the humans and was chased off. archie stayed close around, not understanding what he'd done. the
xxxxxxxdogs all around him fled to the woods after human's anger grew towards them. archie was devastated, but he followed after
xxxxxxxthe other dogs and finally found someone who thought the same way he did. archie did not understand why some of the dogs
xxxxxxxhated the humans because he'd been treated like cold when they weren't "sick." archie has grown to believe that the humans
xxxxxxxare just really sick and need to feel better before they can return back to normal. while most dogs have gotten rid of collars
xxxxxxxor any trace of human interaction, archie refuses to get rid of his collar because he believes his family will be calling him back

xxxxxxxcould hardly stand the pain. after months of dealing with this, a wonderful small human found her and fed her well. while at
xxxxxxxthe vets, they determined the infection in grace's eye was too far along and it needed to be removed before it caused more
xxxxxxxissues. grace was distraught when the humans turned on her but doesn't blame them. she wasn't perfect like any other dog

shasta was born in the wild, her mother a wolf and father a wild siberian
husky. she was the runt of the litter and very different from the rest of
her siblings. her siblings never cared for her neither did her mother
because of the big difference between her and the others. Eventually she
got sick, and was left behind. she was saved by a family walking their dog
, sebastian. They took her and nursed her back to health. they couldn't
bring themselves to let go of her, so they kept her. She grew up and got
along well with the other dog there. they loved her and made her feel
and know what love is. even if they kicked her and sebastian.

history
Chase was stolen at an early age. She had been bred down a long line of police and protection dogs and the theives knew this. They sold her straight into a fighting ring as soon as she was remotely ready to stand up for herself, and she did do well. She was tossed around between different owners for around a year before she was bought by a leader of one of the rings who decided on keeping her. They furthered her training she she soon became one of the most valuable dogs in the industry to him.

This lasted another six months of fights, Chase coming out on top. She finally got her chance when a fight turned ugly, the dog turned on the owner and the crowd at the last possible minute and chase took the opportunity. She fled before they could realise what was happening, escaping through a small gap in the fence. From there chase didn't look back, she vowed to never forgive humans for what they had done to her. She soon learnt the way of the stray, deciding it'd be in her best interest to join a pack, so she did. hawk pack.

Chase definetly tends to keep to herself. She would be loyal to the end though if someone was to ever gain her full trust. She is a very street-wise dog and knows how to survive. Chase tends to be quite cautious at first but her fighting instincts will kick in when threatened, she isn't the the type to run and flee. This female will give you absolute hell if you mess with anyone close to her and she will lay down her life for those she truly loves. Chase will rarely start a fight completely unprovoked but she will most certainly finish one. She is also almost brutal with her honesty but can give some quite good advice when needed. If someone was to ever get close enough to break down some of the walls, they'd learn that chase can be a loving and caring individual, putting others before herself and always being there if someone needs some friendly company, but that's after you break down her rock solid walls.

history
Delgado was raised in the police force, he was eager to learn the ways of the law and grew a strong bond to his handler. Being on the force taught him about justice and what was right and wrong, it also taught him self control. Del did get in trouble a couple of times though as he'd follow his gut feeling rarther than his handler's commands. He wasn't the best of the best but he definitely was good at his job.

One night though, his life changed. He was on a raid when his handler was shot. The sound was fatal and he bled out on the warehouse floor. By the time the other officers found him, Del had left. If he couldn't work with his handler he'd work with no one. They tried to find him but Del wasn't waiting back at the police station, or he wasn't waiting at the warehouse when they returned to check. He had left for good, and he wasn't coming back. They finally assumed that he was dead or had been stolen, and therefore stopped looking for him. Delgado had finally become a stray and he wasn't turning back anytime soon.

Delgado is a very protective dog, he will defend those he loves until the end and his loyalty is pretty much unbreakable. Del can definetly be serious and he is a good dog to have around in a conflict. He'll always choose what's right no matter how it much it'll affect him and others always come before. Del tends to observe rather than to jump to conclusions but he will fight for what is right and he won't let someone trash talk him, or anyone he respects in front of him.

Chayse ┊ Female ┊ Three years

Chayse's physical appearance can come off as intimidating to strangers, due to the fact her facial features always seem to be set in a look of anger; one of menace. Though as soon as one gets to know Chayse they come to know that her physical appearance is not similar to her personality. She is extremely loyal to her pack mates and her friends, and she is very capable of creating strong bonds with other pack members. She wishes to one day have a mate and pups of her own, though she fears that she won't be able to provide them with a correct upbringing - her own history often haunts her. Chayse was never really treated correctly, from the moment she was weaned she was tossed around from home to home, more often than not she was left to defend for herself. When it came to having meals and having a place to eat she'd usually have to fight with other dogs, and she'd usually lose in the end due to her own soft nature. Eventually, at about a year old, Chayse was thrown into a pound; they planned on euthanising her due to her age and the past she had endured - they viewed her as a danger to society, which was nothing but far from the truth. A few days before her death sentence Chayse was adopted by a young couple, and at last she had an actual home. She was pampered like never before, in their eyes Chayse could do no wrong. That was up until that one day.
That one day when everything changed and suddenly Chayse found herself unwanted again. There was no violence in leaving her, Chayse's owners simply put her outside one day - like they usually did - and never let her back in. She waited a few weeks, hoping that her owners would change their minds but it became clear they would not be taking her back. Eventually, because she still refused to move, her owners came out and chased her away by throwing household objects at her - things such as pots and pans. Chayse, of course, never returned.
