━━━━━ the year was 2018 when the world went black. water no longer ran in the homes of the world's finest
citizens. airplanes fell from the clouds, boats left even the toughest of sea crews and sailors stranded, and highways
were packed in a new kind of traffic - still, dark, and silent traffic. anything that had been previously powered by ga
s, electricity, or batteries was no longer functional. the world as everyone knew it came to a stumbling halt. now, th
ough, twelve years later in 2030, new governments have risen and some even crumble. one government, perhaps the
longest living of all, sits in the central area of chicago, illinois. or, what's left of it. with the king falling ill and passin
g the crown to his blood son, speculations and issues arise, for the blood son isn't the eldest. the eldest, most comm
only referred to as the bastard child of joseph, has many a fan, and they aren't happy. underneath king joseph's rule,
citizens were filed into social categories, and further into underground communities. the underground communities
are, to put it simply, illegal. under the rule of the bernard family, rules are strict. however, with the coronation of
a new ruler, things may be in for a change and the members of the kingdom could be in for a rude awakening./////

━━━━━ francesca rose alexanders, goes by frankie rose or frankie. twenty-two,
doesn't necessarily belong in cedarsmoke. kinda does, actually. it's... complicated.

━ frankie was placed into cedarsmoke at the age of eleven after an older doctor f
rom sweetwater claimed that she attacked him. the older gentleman had been att
empting to break into the home where frankie and her younger brother georgie live
d, causing frankie to spring into action to protect not only herself, but her sleeping
brother. her self defense left the doctor blind, and from there it was an eleven year
old's word against a forty-five year old doctor's. frankie was moved from the group h
ome and placed into a new one in the cedarsmoke district.
━ actually a super nice girl. really doesn't deserve to be in cedarsmoke.

often overlapped in their workforces and doesn't mind being around her, maia would like

but still she cant seem to stay away from him. to make it worse he cant seem

her darling little brother, who always seems to be hiding in the protection of

feels that she doesn't fit into their crowd,
and tends to look after her from afar. he
finds it saddening that she ended up in such
a realm as his own, and for that title to
forever be worn upon her shoulders now.
she doesn't realize how well looked after
she is by this young man.
maia jacelyn greenwell // ray of sunshine
his little tinker bell basically, she sprinkles
a little pixie dust on him every day and
cheers him up. he tends to have a hard
time trying to see the point in life and the
remaining good in the world, but she has
managed to remain a close friend of his,
and is always pointing out the small
things that make him see once more.
victoria ray bernards // intriguing young lady
he wants nothing more than to have her but
feels like that is a big no no. she has a way of
catching his eye that no other woman has done
before, and though she may be of royal blood
and quite far out of his league, the heart wants
what the heart wants. he just is wary of people
realizing that they have a relationship, and that
all of the enemies he has made and not yet yilled
might try and take out their revenge on her.
joseph maxwell bernard junior // bears with, though cannot stand
mutual, for "reasons" of course, though he gets
the feeling that jj is scared of him. he just tries
to stay on his good side for sake that he has an
interest in the young man's older sister. it's already
going to be difficult enough for him to attempt to
date her, let alone if her brother were to despise
him as well. at times jj might do small favors for
him, though he isn't yet sure if it's out of kindness
or intimidation.
bats mcavoy // partners in crime, literally
quite the pair, they get stuff done like champs.
they are hit or miss friends for the most part,
having plenty of differences yet they find some
sort of enjoyment/comfort out of one another.
it's a tad unfortunate that their bond has been
forged through their illegal and criminal
behaviors. it makes them a go to pair though
when people need something done.
sebastian isaac valentine // long lost brother
this man has been alongside him for quite some
time now, the two having been quite young when
they first met. they hit it off based on mutual
interests, and their bond has been unbreakable
since. they tend to have many split views on
things and will get in short spats, but at the end
of the day, they are always there for one another.
they often spend their time practicing their hand
to hand combat, and though feo is superior, he
cannot deny that val isn't far behind.
danielle ruby baker // fixer upper
mutual, intrigued by her attitude though doesn't
show it. he is thankful that she is around for the
fact that she doesn't seem to mind his constant
need of repairs. he puts his body through a lot,
and in return, he often finds himself experiencing
various injuries. feo avoids putting much trust in
her though, being as he has a hard time believing
she would keep some things he might say between
the two of them.
tawnie aiken // deal with the devil
dislikes her pestering, though finds her helpful if
needing something done. in all honesty she isn't
the worst person he has ever met, and he doesn't
mind returning the favor every now and again for
her. alas, he gets a tad nervous with the fact that
she and victoria are quite close, since he does after
all ask for her to rely some information from time to
time.
vivian yifei // regretful yet thankful
some of his friends thought this young lady was a
great place for feodor to try and learn his way around
a woman's mind. their relationship was short lived, but
he will always be thankful for the things that she taught
him and the fact that she was willing to look past his
appearance and record, seeing that he had a worn heart.
fletcher beyer // woefull
pities him, finds it unfortunate that he gets used by
everyone. on rare occasions might stand up for him.
he finds it disheartening that the kindest souls seem
to be the ones most often abused and or used. feo
understands first hand what it is like to only ever be
used to people's convenience, and therefor often is
one to try and assist him along, coaxing him to leave
behind what others tell him.
ezekiel novak // a ghost
for the most part doesn't even realize he is around,
the two of them both being secluded and quite has
resulted in a lack of confrontation for now. especially
since he prefers hand to hand combat any how and
doesn't have much a need for what the man has to
offer.

feo would be the first to put his life on the line for
zeph. she has his heart like no other woman ever
will, for in his eyes, she is that of a beloved young
sister. he holds her near and dear to his heart, and
though they have striking similarities, they have
only known each other for a short span of time.
he does have the tendency to grow quite jealous
when his own companion, edgar, at times prefers
her company over his own.
