history;; aalam was a spoiled hatchling. he always wanted to be king, and trained very hard as one of the king's helpers. when another servant was chosen to be the new king instead of him, he couldn't handle it. he murdered them with the help of his friends and took their place, and enslaved all the other owls so that no one would dare to challenge him.

history;; alexander was rejected by his mother at birth because he was melanistic, and he was chucked out of his nest. he was found by another owl who raised him instead. when he was old enough to learn how to fly, she refused to teach him. it turned out, she was one of aalam's followers. he was taken to be a miner, had his wings clipped, and has been working in the mines ever since. he is trying to scheme with the other owls to figure out a way to escape.

personality;; kendal is a rather quiet soul dispute her spices name. She tends to keep to herself, however, enjoys conversations every now and again, it helps her cope with the stress. Kendal knows when she needs to be polite, especially when in the presence of the king, although, she has a nasty temper. Typically she bottles up her emotions, hiding them from any and everyone even those she trusts. When she is alone, she has an incredible stubbornness, and once she makes up her mind, she stays with it.
history;; kendal was orphaned at a young age and was raised by her two older brothers, because of that, she is rather tomboyish. Kendal learned how to fly at a very young age, because of this, she lead one of her brothers to his demise. Kendal had a very rebellious side when she was younger, and would steal from those who followed aalam. Her brothers would scold her, telling to stop causing trouble, however her stubbornness did not allow her to stop. Aalam was the one who killed her parents, or at least was the leading cause. Followers of his, discovered their hollow, and both her parents defended their chicks until it lead to their deaths. Because of this, Kendal, and her two brothers managed to escape.
