personality: olympias has, and speaks with, a modulated calm, especially when in public; and it is usually enough to make a person more angrier than they were before they started to argued with her. she appears to be cruel, arrogant, power-hungry, and extremely vain to most commoners and nobility alike. she seems to genuinely believe that rebellion must be suppressed through violence and fear, and that she is actually a more benevolent ruler than the other two kingdoms rulers'. one notable trait of olympias would be her anger issues: she does not forgive failure easily, even if the one who had committed the mistakes was her very own sibling. her arrogance is also evident in her underestimation of commoners, for she believes that it is impossible for someone like them to defeat her - an unshakeable belief that ultimately could lead to her death. another eminent trait in olympias would be her despising of weakness, clearly demonstrated by the lengths she goes to in attempt to make her son's "strong" and views things such as mercy and compassion as symptoms of weakness and thus of little value to her. olympias possesses the ability to invade people's minds, and privacy, and often does so sometimes without the person knowing. despite her cold and cruel nature, olympias does appear to be capable of love and affection to some extent.
appearance: olympias stands at a height of 5'8 and has pale blue-grey eyes which she often lines with kohl, and often wears elaborate, dark-coloured gowns and a lot of jewelry, appearing to favor a black and silver color scheme as well as snake-like items. her clothes often have a metallic-like appearance, making her appear taller and more intimidating and finely detailed with a great deal of ornamentation. olympias is rarely seen without her crown, which resembles spikes and is dark silver in color, inlaid with gemstones. she has been pruned to court perfection since she was a child and resembles her House strongly.
history: olympias vargo, daughter to nieve vargo I, direct descendant of one of the first telepathy and mind controllers. she hails from house vargo, a rare ability house with few members. [will add more once king joins. such as marrying into the __ house after winning the competition]
weapons: she has a smooth, polished iron bladed dagger in an ornately jeweled scabbard. it is a masterpiece that belonged to her father, nieve, it's ivory hilt marvelously carved with designs and studded with gemstones. if you push on the round ivory pommel of the dagger, it springs open and reveals a hollow compartment filled with tiny stone vials. Poison, used to coat the weapon or drop into someone's wine.
other: • is said to have gotten a inland taipan snake called abraxas (meaning demon of lies and deceit) and a coastal taipan called nemesis (meaning the goddess of retribution) after the rebellion sparked, therefore letting the snakes out of their cage at night free to roam in her chambers for security. the inland taipan is not just a venomous snake; it's considered the most venomous snake in the world by many. when compared drop for drop and based on the median lethal dose (LD50) value in mice, its venom is by far the most toxic of any land snake or even sea snakes.
although extremely venomous and a very capable striker, contrary to the rather aggressive nature of its relative the coastal taipan, this serpent is usually quite a shy and reclusive snake species. with its placid disposition it prefers to escape from trouble, but it will defend itself and strike if mishandled, provoked or prevented from escaping. as for the coastal taipan, its the world’s third-most toxic land snake it can be very aggressive. it is only known by quiet-talk rumor that she owns these and it's generally not too widely spoken about.
• every day for years, she has been ingesting a dash of arsenic, a pinch of wolfsbane, a sprinkle of dried jellyfish sting, a drop of deadly yewberry juice, and a dusting of fatal nightshade, combined with trace amounts of cobra, adder and viper venom's. Mixed with the cleansing properties of garlic, myrrh, and cinnamon and with sulfur to neutralize arsenic and charcoal to filter toxins, she has built up her tolerance to even the most deadly of poisons.

appearance: heath much resembles his mother in appearance, sharing her ablaster skin and salmon locks. albeit, nearly half a foot taller, at six foot two. the man is probably average in physique, and is sculpted like a swimmer, with a body coated in lean muscle. his shaggy hair is probably shoulder-length overall, however the man pins the back up so that the trusses reach his nape. his left eye is hidden from view, as heath combs his hair over his deformity as a means to hide it. the crown prince is heterocromatic - his right eye is a cool blue-grey, whilst the left is yellow-green. the prince has a preference for 'pheasant clothing', shirts and trousers that are more rugged and comfortable than stiff uniforms. heath always wears a feathered pendant, a gift from some unknown source.
