the legend from the older wolves say that the serein mountains began as small borders to
the alkaline territory. pure and untouched from the world, the serein mountains grew
taller and wider until one day, the serein mountains and the alkaline region became visible
to the world and animals began the long trek towards this new land. herds of deer, bison,
hares, birds, and even sheep and mountain goats began to call this their home. with the
abundance of prey, predators such as bears and cougars along with foxes and coyotes.

the alkaline region was circled by the serein mountains and the only way to get in way one
open path that was steep and rocky. the mountainous borders made it nearly impossible
for a small pack to survive the journey from the borders to the akaline region, but for those
desperate enough, some made it through and packs began to form within the mountain.
for those who live within the serein mountains, they consider themselves the lucky ones.

personality ;; a noble brute since he was born, kazimir would never allow himself to not keep his word. kazimir is a gentleman of pride, honour, and honestly with some exceptions. like all brothers, he's extremely defensive of katerinka and would give the world to her if he could, but right now he'll just settle for telling suspicious brutes off his darling sister. kazimir tries his best to find the most peaceful solution to everything, not enjoying conflict as much as his sister, but nonetheless, he's an elite hunter and warrior as well, but kazimir prefers not to be so violent and usually just hunts and fights when he needs to. kazimir is an honest brute and if asked for the truth, he would tell it unless it was important not to. he values loyalty much like his sister and finds family to be the best bond there is. still, kazimir is terrified of fatherhood and terrified of his children disliking him.

kazimir loves his little sister and would do anything for more time with her. he loves the evening much more than the night or the morning due to the cool weather and beautiful colours that come onto the sky. although evening is his favourite, kazimir can't deny that he doesn't look forward to him and katerinka's night escapades one in a while, even if it tires him out in the morning. the brute is one for structure and loves keeping in tradition. in the best shape of his life, kazimir is quite athletic and tends to go on runs to stay on top of his game.

if you mess with his family, kazimir isn't the gentle brute that you knew anymore and he'll rip you to shreds. he does not like violence whatsoever and usually allows his sister to handle the political things, but hating to feel useless, kazimir does his best to help when asked. the brute absolutely cannot fathom any kind of rudeness from wolves of any age or gender, he finds it disrespectful and ignorant. kazimir hates not being able to sleep or when he is sick; he always finds himself more angry and frustrated during this time.

personality ;; in her presence, you'll find yourself either intimidated or comforted. katerinka is a sophisticated and stoic fae that wouldn't hesitate to kill you if she needed to. even in a fight and if she was in great pain, the only reaction you'd get from her would be a wince or two and small facial expressions. disciplined and trained from birth, katerinka is a highly trained huntress and warrior, but usually keeps her kills away unless she needed it for survival, or just simply to show off against her brother. katerinka is a complex character with a confusing romantic side, but still, she would rather an adventure with somebody she loves than go off on her own. loyalty is a large portion of her trust and if you betray her, she won't ever forget.

as stated before, katerinka is a complex individual and doesn't show much emotion. katherinka prefers the rain and cool weather oppose to hot, sunny days with the heat beaming down, but she still loves the water. she finds the night a romantic time and would rather be awake then, explaining why she gets up so late in the morning. her favourite flowers are red roses and white tulips, but she loves the scent of strawberries and french lavender and that is why she's always around it, making them her scent. above all, katerinka cherishes her brother more than anyone else.

the worst thing you could do is betray her, especially if you're her lover. unfaithfulness is seen as the worst thing in her eyes and katerinka hates it. death of the ones closest to her can break her and she ends up distant to others because of that. katerinka loathes the summer; the heat and the longer days drive her mad. katerinka isn't the hardest wolf to get along with and she'll tolerate you, even if she doesn't like you, but if there's one type of wolf that she hates, it's faes that always play a damsel in distress or sexiest males. she won't hesitate to call you out of your idiotic behavior. pups without any manners will never get special treament from her and katerinka will dislike their parents as well.

personality ;; A little bear. That is who this female is. She may be smaller than most but she is not one to give up without a fight. She will defend those in the pack with everything she has. While she may be smaller than and not as strong as others she has learned how to fight without the need to overpower her opponent. There is no sacrifice too big to save the pack even if that means her own life. Her opinions are strong and she won’t let others change them as it is a way for her to know she has not lost herself. One of the first thing you will notice when you meet this fae is her quietness. She prefers to not talk unless spoken too as it had to do with how she was raised by her mother. However if she feels her voice is needed she will not hesitate to speak. Ursa is brave, she is willing to take risks and likes to take risks as long as she knows it won’t hurt the pack. This wolf is one who hides her emotions, she pushes her emotions away and bottles them up but she knows eventually that bottle will shatter and she will have to face her emotions. Ursa is also one of the most loyal wolves you could meet. She would never betray her pack unless she had a real reason to do so. She thinks of her pack as family and family is one of the things she doesn’t want to lose in her life.

Like any wolf this fae has her demons. She can be a bit impulsive and may blow up if you get her mad enough. While it is difficult to get her angry it is fairly easy to make this wolf frustrated. When she is frustrated she likes to be alone that way she can calm herself down so she doesn’t blow up at anyone. Usually, not always, when Ursa blows up she apologizes shortly after however there are a few times when she feels like it isn’t necessary to do so. This female also has a hard time trusting others. There are a few she trusts enough for her to talk to them openly but to most all they see if a small layer of her, as you know her more and more you will see she has many layers to her of different traits and emotions.

personality ;; Zonata may look like a soft spoken and sweet little fae, now what with all the soft fur and the innocent amber eyes, but this hunter is best known for her free spirit, witty remarks, and her stubborn personality that almost always gets her into trouble. with sharp claws and a even sharper tongue, she can outwit you with just her words, something that she takes pride of. she has an iron will and nothing can sway her once she's made up her mind. with a determination that is unrivaled, she likes to think that she can do anything and everything- as long as she sets her mind to it. she is fiercely loyal to her pack, and would gladly die for her close ones. however, she also has a gentle side to her, which comes out often, though only to a few of her trusted friends. her sarcastic remarks are toned down to mischievous little teases and nudges, and she tends to be a lot more carefree and gentle. most prefer this side of her, if they've ever seen it before, but it's hard to earn her trust, and even harder if you've lost it once.

personality ;; Maska is a diligent and hard working brute- he's usually up at the crack of dawn to organize patrols, maybe fit in some hunting before the rest of the pack wakes up. when there's something to do, he'll volunteer for it. Maska is surprisingly easygoing, though. tolerant and breezy, he's usually very social and amiable, and tends to flirt with she wolves a lot, though only on a low level; he'd never even dream of being a player. though the young and light hearted brute does want to eventually to settle down, Maska has a huge soft spot for pups, and usually brings prey to the young ones in the morning personally. though the pups aren't in anyway related to him, simply adores them. he hopes to have some of his own one day. personality ;; Astra is an exquisite wolf known for her devotion, trustworthiness, and positive nature, nevertheless she knows when is the right time to show her fangs. She is always there for her loved ones and is a great friend to have by your side. One could count on her to go through thick and thin with them. She is trustworthy, loyal and protective, especially towards pups and wolves who are close to her. She is responsible, knows what to do in almost every situation and never lets others see when she is scared or worried, making her seem void of strong emotion. The truth is, she does not want to make any situation worse by useless panicking, and she just wants to keep her cool. Astra feels it never solves a problem by crying your heart out. Astra does not believe that complaining will the job done, and she would bite the bullet or think of a solution round it, whether she likes it or not. Sympathy is weakness in her eyes for she secretly worries that others will use it to their advantage. Earning her trust might be rather difficult - she is very careful and can seem distant and untrusting when meeting unfamiliar wolves. She is also observant, catching things out of hand with just one simple glance, so it is best not to try conceal anything from her, because she will find out eventually no matter what. Astra never gives second chances. If somebody lied to her, she will never trust that wolf again. Loyalty is of utmost importance to her and if you betray her she will not ever forgive or forget.

She is honest. Too honest sometimes. Too her, it's better to injure somebody's pride by telling the truth than by making someone happy by telling lies. She's independent and could not care less about what spiteful wolves think about her. One can tell her all things they dislike about her and she will either give you a scornful look or ignore you. Even though Astra does not entertain nasty remarks, she is aware of her flaws. At the first glance, she is a sophisticated, standoffish wolf who is distant and self-centered, but that is the complete opposite of her true self. When you get to know her better, you will see she cares deeply for her pack and would never let anybody harm any of its members.

Rank and duties are taken vey seriously by Astra for she will not go to sleep before she ensures everything what had to be done for the day is done. She is always polite towards other wolves, even if they somehow got into her bad books. However if a wolf did something against her at least once, it shouldn't expect her being nice and sweet anymore. Getting on her bad side is the least you need. She will reveal her aggressive side towards wolves whom she hates with a blazing passion. Only those she knows know about her soft and empathetic part of personality. Astra is a complicated individual with a lot of sides, snd naturally, she will not just jump into marriage for just a handsome face. She respects every single wolf in the pack, especially the Alpha and Beta and Commanders. She is never bossy nor tries to be dominant. Knowing other wolves are aware of her high rank she feels reminding them is redundant. But if someone should dare to show disrespect or challenge her, she will show them
what she really thinks about it.
