~Civilian clothes: Skyler is fond of t-shirts, jeans (not the skinny variety, she prefers boot-cut jeans), yoga pants (with a long t-shirt), and sneakers. She also particularly likes flannel, and if it is chilly enough she will often wear a flannel over a t-shirt. Skyler also likes to wear cozy sweatshirts in chilly weather. In warmer weather, she wears t-shirts and Bermuda shorts.

➣Personality:

Skyler is in general a kind, compassionate person, who hates to see people suffer. Due to her "powers" she has a very strong sense of loyalty. If you have this girl on your side, she will do just about anything for you, including sacrificing her life for yours. She doesn't trust easily, yet is a very trustworthy person. Skyler isn't the most talkative person, and leans toward the introverted end of the personality spectrum. She is more reserved around those she doesn't know, and more cheerful and talkative around those she would consider friends. If she had friends. She can come off as cold sometimes, and may feign aggressiveness, but these are forms of self-defense. Usually. She could be considered anti-social, but being locked in a cell for years serving as a lab rat does that to a person.

➣Morals:

Skyler doesn't want to kill anyone. She really doesn't. But if she has to in order to save someone she is close to, then she will. She is very reluctant to end a life. She doesn't really like harming anyone either, but at times is forced to in order to complete her missions.

➣Likes/Dislikes:

-Skyler loves the woods, though she doesn't really get to spend much time there. She also loves animals and nature.
-She prefers her meat rare, and can't digest it well if it is cooked more than medium-rare. This is a side effect of the experimentation done on her. She also can't digest fast food (eg: Burger King) or highly processed food (eg: Oreos) and prefers most of her food to be fresh, whatever it is. She can eat most foods any normal person can eat with those exceptions.
-Skyler dislikes it when people she is close to or working with argue. It makes her feel uneasy.
-Skyler likes open spaces. She is alright with closed spaces, so long as she is there by her own will, not because she has been backed into a corner.
-Skyler dislikes super tight fitting clothing that restricts her movement. She likes comfortable jeans and t-shirts.
She dislikes dresses/skirts.
-Skyler dislikes large crowds, and therefore dislikes parties.

➣Fears:

~Mind-control. Skyler's greatest fear is not being in control of her own mind and actions.
~Doctors/hospitals. Though technically doctors didn't experiment on her and she wasn't in a hospital, the similarities are close enough for her to be terrified of being inside a hospital and wary of doctors. Similarly, she hates and is terrified of needles.
~Elevators. Skyler is a bit scared of elevators, mostly because an elevator is an enclosed space where she feels trapped. When possible, she will always take the stairs over taking an elevator.

➣History:

Skyler's parents died in a car crash when the girl was a toddler, ironically while driving to the hospital, after her dad managed to twist his ankle when he slipped on one of Skyler's toys. Skyler was taken in by her Aunt Merida and Uncle Dan, who had a son four years older than she by the name of Ethan. So, Skyler grew up with her relatives.
When she was 12, Skyler traveled to Africa with her 16 year old cousin and her aunt. Her uncle was already there doing missionary work, and during school break the kids flew from the states with Merida to visit him for the week. The family went on a horseback ride across a section of desert one day, a trip that Dan had made many times, and wanted to show his family. The kids decided to have a race, which Ethan won. However, the kids had just finished the race when Ethan was shot off his horse and killed. Merida and Dan were next, while grenades or something caused the sand to erupt randomly. Skyler was thrown from her horse, and was shot in the arm while she was falling. The bullet was likely meant to hit somewhere more fatal, but because her horse threw her the bullet missed its mark. The preteen hit her head, blacked out, and awoke strapped to a metal table in a lab somewhere. There she was experimented on, serums were injected into her bloodstream that caused excruciating pain. Skyler lost count of the number of times stuff was injected into her, but at some point, she began noticing differences. Better hearing, better sight, an enhanced sense of smell. Then, she discovered she had the ability to transform into a wolf.
The experiments continued, and her wolf form became stronger, and Skyler was eventually able to transform at will. This ability came at a cost however. For example, Skyler's digestive system became a bit more sensitive to highly processed foods (Oreos, for example, though she hadn't eaten an Oreo since before her capture. She was only fed a nutrient mush that resembled dog food and tasted like it too) and could tolerate undercooked meats. Skyler's left eye became gold in color, matching the eye color of wolves. Similarly, her right eye stayed brown even when she was in wolf form.
Deeming her ready for a different sort of testing at the age of 14, Skyler was sent out on "missions" which consisted of robberies of varying severity. If she refused, she was denied food until she agreed to do HYDRA's bidding. Since she never wanted to do what HYDRA asked of her, they just started starving her the week before a mission, so that hunger drove her to do what they wanted. So, Skyler became a thief, working for an organization that stole her. How ironic.
There was another driving factor beyond hunter, however, one that HYDRA might not have realized. Skyler found the documents containing information for the Winter Soldier project. She discovered that not only did HYDRA posess the ability to mind-wipe a person and program a person to do their bidding, HYDRA would likely not hesitate to do so to her. The fear of having HYDRA control her completely is the main reason she does what they want.

➣Relationships

~Family: The family Skyler was closest to is dead. She has aunts and uncles and grandparents still alive, but they don't need to know that she is alive.

➣Powers/Abilities:

Skyler can turn into a wolf at will. Not just any wolf, but a wolf with enhanced senses. These include enhanced speed, strength, smell, vision, and hearing, things that are naturally improved in a wolf but even more so in Skyler's case. She can run faster than the average wolf, jump higher, withstand more attacks, see better during both day and night, hear better, and smell better. Some of these things are enhanced to some extent in Skyler's human form, making her hearing better, her sense of smell stronger, and her ability to see in the dark better. However, while in wolf form Skyler is unable to communicate with any human companions, and she is sometimes unable to communicate (meaning unable to speak English. While growling is a form communication, it is not a form any human companions would be likely to understand) while in human form if she is highly agitated (stressed, angry, anxious, etc.) Skyler may also become trapped in wolf form if she becomes highly panicked, and would need to calm down before being able to shift back into a human. Oddly enough, this doesn't happen to her while in human form; she can change into a wolf regardless of her emotional state. If she is injured and knocked unconscious while in wolf form, Skyler's body will automatically shift back into human form, which could potentially leave her more vulnerable.
Note: When shifting from wolf to human form, Skyler's human form is fully clothed. Similarly, when going from human to wolf form her wolf form lacks clothing. HYDRA apparently thought it would be inconvenient if the teen needed new clothes every time she shifted forms, so they used some sort of alien magic to solve that problem.*

~Civilian appearance: 6'1" height, 150 lbs, fairly short dark brown hair that always ends up looking rather messy, hazel eyes.

~Civilian clothes: Zack likes to keep things simple and casual. You will most likely find him in jeans and a graphic tee, with possibly a sweatshirt or jacket depending on the weather.

~Hero suit: Zack wears arm guards and gloves on both his right and left, so that a person couldn't tell whether he was right handed or left handed by looking at his arm guard (of course, someone would just look at which angle his quiver was at, but that's a small detail). His arm guards with gloves are custom designed by himself. He also wears a black t-shirt with a camo colored vest over it. Yes, he did steal the vest idea from Hawkeye, but only because Hawkeye is his role model. So really, it's a compliment. Zack also wears simple jeans and sneakers. Maybe jeans aren't the best for mobility, but he's working on that. He keeps a quiver of arrows on his back, slung over his body at a diagonal.

➣Personality:

Zack is friendly, witty, sarcastic, dedicated, caring, mischievous person. While he does tend to goof off a good amount, he also has a more serious side, especially when other people are in danger. He cares about those he considers close to him, though shows his love through sarcasm and wit.

➣Morals:

Zack isn't quite sure where he stands. He's never had to kill anyone, and doesn't know how he would handle a situation if he did have to end a life. He doesn't like dishonesty, but is it ok if it protects someone? He's not sure. Would he save ten strangers or one person he is close to if he had to choose? He doesn't know. While he definitely draws a line between good and evil intentions, he still feels conflicted about where that line is exactly.

➣Likes/Dislikes:

-Zack enjoys sarcasm and wit and humor in general.
-Zack finds people who are too serious irritating.
-Green beans. Are. Disgusting.
-Archery. Zack loves archery.
-Dinosaurs are quite possibly his life. You know, besides archery.

~Loosing someone he cares about. Zack has, as some would say, had a pretty easy life. He never has had to deal with loosing someone he loves. Yet he has a strong fear of loosing those close to him.
~Dolls. They're just so creepy. unfortunately, his little sister loves dolls.
~Garden gnomes. Garden gnomes are out to get you. Fact. They are plotting to take over the world. Dolls may or may not be in league with garden gnomes.

➣History:

Zack grew up, for the most part, in Concord, New Hampshire. It wasn't bad, his family had a nice house, small but nice yard, nice neighbors, and were within walking distance to the elementary school. Zack's little sister Susan was born when Zack was ten years old, and in 4th grade. When Zack was in 7th grade, his family moved to New York, due to his dad getting a job transfer. His dad, Marvin, works for a computer/technology company, and they needed him in New York. His mom, Alison, is actually an elementary school teacher.
Anyway, the family moved, bought a three bedroom apartment in New York, and continued life as usual. When he was old enough, Zack was sent to MSHS, and still attends, currently in his Junior year.

Zack has always had an aptitude for archery. When he was very young, he used to make little slingshots out of rubber bands and folded sticky notes. Deciding that a more useful and constructive skill was called for, his father bought him a toy bow and arrows instead, and Zack absolutely loved them. Even with the plastic toys, he had great aim. His father took him to shooting ranges, and though the older Fleet had to hold the bow steady for his young son, Zack still loved the outings. Soon, he was old enough to hold the bow himself, and as he grew older, his skill only increased. He bought his own bow when he was 11, and became interested in the workings of a bow. By the age of 15, he had designed and built several of his own bows. He started crafting his own arrows too, and his dad made him get a job to support his hobby.
After moving to New York, Zack learned about the bow wielding hero known as Hawkeye. Intrigued, Zack did some research, and Hawkeye quickly became his role-model.

Dinosaurs are a phase most young boys go through, but for Zack, they stuck. He finds them fascinating, and has considered paleontology as a career choice.

Zack isn't exactly what you would call a hero, and not quite a vigilante. He really doesn't do much rescuing at all, just stops the occasional mugging or small robbery. He doesn't have the resources to do anything large-scale, and unlike Spider-Man who can cover the city in a night by swinging on webs, Zack is confined to walking on foot. Sort of. He is working on a way to glide from building-top to building-top...

➣Personality:

Montage is a generally caring, compassionate, friendly person. She is quite outgoing and social, though this quality stems mostly from her fear of being alone. She can be rather blunt sometimes, since she doesn't like sugar-coating things. Because of this, she may accidentally hurt another person's feelings without realizing it. While she can be blunt, she is never intentionally mean, and doesn't take kindly to bullies. When she is angry or in fighting mode, she can kick some serious butt. No matter what mood she is in, the worst thing you can do is leave her alone, especially when she is angry or sad (times when most people need some space).

➣Morals:

Montage prefers selective truths to flat out lies, finding them more useful and easier to keep track of given her situation. She believes in second chances, but believes that trust must be earned. She will only kill if there isn't an alternative.

+making stuff: Montage loves hands-on activities and building stuff.

➣History:

Nobody knows exactly what Montage's history is like. Including her. She's still trying to figure it out, but honestly, it's more of a hobby than a priority. From what SHIELD was able to piece together, Montage is an incomplete experiment/a mishap. She has the memories of several different people, and at first was diagnosed with DID until more research was done and it was shown that she doesn't have multiple identities/personalities, just multiple sets of memories. Montage named herself, since it didn't seem right to call herself by the name associated with any particular set of memories.

What really happened
An independent group (aka a division of Hydra that turned its back on the main organization) was trying to create a superhuman. Not in the traditional make-a-serum-that-creates-a-super-soldier sense, but in the sense of a genius who knows everything. A human version of the Internet, basically, but not just someone who could spout information, but someone with skills in every field. Someone who was both an amazing writer and mathematician, computer genius and artist. Someone who could build a nuclear bomb and recite Shakespeare and do surgery on a person.
To do this, the organization tried to take the memories of different people and transfer them into one person. Only the knowledge and skills were supposed to be gathered into the one central person, but something went wrong, and bits of other memory were transferred as well. Instead of a genius with more knowledge than any one person could possibly learn in a lifetime, they ended up with a very confused teenager who couldn't separate her memories and thus couldn't figure out who she was and what her history was like.
Deeming the experiment a failure and beyond salvageable, the organization literally dumped the teen in the streets. While she might not have known who she was, the girl did end up managing to use her knowledge to survive. She lived out of an abandoned warehouse, and was actually able to live fairly comfortably for a homeless person. She gave herself a name, Montage, because her memories were a montage of various memories from different people. She had no problem making a persona for herself, since everything from the moment she woke on was a single strand of memory so to speak. From the moment she woke on, she was herself, Montage. Everything before was a jumbled mess of dozens of different people's memories.

[However, she still gets confused sometimes, and that is very scary for her. She has moments when she can't remember who she is because she can't separate the memories. This usually happens when she is alone. When alone, she has nothing anchoring her to reality, so it is fairly easy for her to just drift into a certain strand of memory and think she is person x and then get confused as to why she is wherever she is and not the last place person x remembers being. These "slips" as she calls them leave her feeling disoriented for a short period of time even after she is back to herself. She can clearly remember her slips. Montage is working on ways to anchor herself to reality and for people to bring her back to reality more easily when she slips. Her current idea is scents, but she can explain that later.]

After a few months on her own, Montage discovered SHIELD and approached them hoping they could help her. Since she was on her own, she had frequent slips, and she wanted to find a way to keep that from happening and to learn to control and compartmentalize her memories. SHIELD found her case particularly interesting, and so they took her in, with the condition that she also do something useful for the organization. So, SHIELD provided psychologists who tried to help, and Montage used the knowledge she had to help SHIELD with everything from hacking to building complex technology. With the assistance of the psychologists and various other doctors and scientists, Montage made incredible progress. She can now (for the most part) pick out certain bits of knowledge from the memories she has and use that knowledge when she needs it. However, she still has to sort of sift through the strands of memory, so sometimes she can find the knowledge she needs instantly, other times it take a little while.
With the skills she picked up, Montage is working to further her progress on her own. Her ongoing goal is to further minimize and eventually completely stop her slips.

Leo is compassionate person. He dislikes seeing others in pain, and has a tendency to want to fix everything. He can be both serious and humorous at the appropiate times, and unlike his father, this teen understands how society works. Mostly. Leo is athletic, and tends to be competitive, which may at times get him into a bit of trouble.

history;; JOE was born to Richard and Amanda Elliot, in a cozy town in Maine, USA. The twins grew up in a loving and quite ordinary family, and although it had its own share of family issues (eccentric uncles, nosy aunts, etc.) it was, generally speaking, a happy home. The Elliots were neither rich nor poor, living in a small house in a safe neighborhood, and although they couldn't buy all the latest stuff there was always food on the table and heat in the house.
When the twins turned 5, the trouble began. One or both of the children would randomly disappear, and show up in the strangest of places. Sometimes, Amanda would tuck the twins in for a nap, only to walk downstairs and find them sitting in the playroom. Other times, Richard would take the kids to the playground, and when they dashed behind the climbing wall he would get a call from a puzzled neighbor asking why his twins were running around in the neighbor's backyard. The poor Elliot parents didn't know what to make of these occurrences. It was Amanda's sister Melody who, after witnessing one such disappearance, suggested that perhaps the children were able to teleport. A strange theory, but the only one that made sense. However, when the parents sat down with JOE to discuss this, five year-old Olivia confidently stated "we're not teweporing, we're wawking truw duh forf dimenson." Meaning, they were walking through the forth dimension. As the children grew older, and their vocabulary expanded, they were able to explain that they simply traveled in a direction unknown to those trapped in the mindset of a three-dimensional existence. The fourth dimension allowed them to see inside everything and go anywhere, regardless of walls, doors, distance, or obstacles, just like someone could simply step outside of a square drawn on the ground. The fourth dimension meant more directions in which to travel, and moving in the directions defining the forth dimension meant someone could circumnavigate the third dimension. Easy. Despite this logical explanation, the Elliot parents insisted that JOE keep this ability a secret, for fear of what may happen if people found out about the 'superpower.'
Just before JOE's ninth birthday, a strange man knocked on the door of the Elliot residence. He wanted to speak to JOE, and became hostile when Richard refused. Amanda went upstairs, where Jared and Olivia were playing, and told them to go somewhere safe. Scared, the twins stepped through the fourth dimension and went to their secret hideout in the forest behind their elementary school.
A few hours later, they came back home, but found no one. They searched for their parents everywhere, but couldn't find them. When the police came, and tried to gently explain to the crying children that their parents wouldn't be coming back, they knew that something very bad had happened with the stranger. JOE was handed over to CPS, but when they were taken to separate homes (a boys', and a girls') they fled through the fourth dimension, met up, and set about living on their own, hopping from place to place and never staying anywhere for long. Presently, they are living in the streets of NYC.
