Some say that Zahir came from beyond the mountains; out of reach of loup
gris entirely. The male drifted from the shadows itself and made a home in
Petrova. He's rumored to have lived the life of a loner from birth - the dark,
motherless child. This is all of course a spin of lies spun by the flying crows
overhead: but the night-pelted king rather enjoys the entertaining stories
the birds spew. You see, he destroyed a raven's nest once out of boredom,
and ever since the flying nuisances won't shut their beaks. Zahir only uses
their words as an advantage to himself. With such rumors flying about, no
lone wolf or grizzly would dare mess with his family.

In reality, Zahir is a just and independent leader. He rose to power by good
achievements and is proud of such. Zahir is honest, opinionated, and leads
his pack with his head high and tail bristled. The King is not afraid to put bite
in his bark - and will do so if needed. He believes not in unneeded violence,
but do not take this brute lightly. Petrova is his pride and joy - all strands of
grass and creatures that wonder his yard are well protected.

Zahir seeks to be known by all; from the tiny ants to the thundering caribou -
Petrova will be known well if it is left to him. Aside from keeping his pack
in order and well-fed, Zahir seeks to build a family with his dearest mate. At
