Fell is a young elf, who is still striking out in what he would like to be and can be. He rules as fairly as he can, using the knowledge of his predecessors and the guidance of the Council. He is very practical. His practicality ranges over into the extremes, as he is always looking for a more beneficial way to go about doing something. He likes to keep Dwarves close, as their long lives and natural skills in engineering benefit his kingdom. He has a fiery temper to rival those of wild dragons and his irritability is well known. It is not uncommon for him to snap, rage, and yell at someone who has pushed his buttons. However, he keeps in mind that powers higher than his are not to be trifled with and merely bites his tongue when he has to do something he would rather not.

Sometimes, she feels as if her life was too boring, because she really is an outgoing and excited fairy. She yells a lot once she gets comfortable with a group, and is all smiles. But she can also be kinda sensitive and insecure at times.

leela is a extremely outgoing girl with a passion for about anything she sets her mind to.
her emotions vary on the situation,and she is very much of the motherly type, who loves
to tease. she is striking independence when stubborn, and isn't all that up for hard work
unless there is a beneficial outcome. her behavior is not extremely graceful, but she has
impressive agility and likes to run on her toes. she is constantly annoying, though she
doesn't really realize it. leela likes to sing, in which her job as an entertainer works out.
her history includes the death of her parents, in which didn't effect her, due to their death
being when she was young. she finished schooling and is currently and entertainer.

Roughly 21. He looks, however, like a child, which he technically is in Fae-terms.
Appearance:
A somewhat-skinny, pale-skinned boy with light blue-violet eyes and a mess of white-silver hair. He looks far shorter and younger than he actually is. Usually seen in long robes of various colors when on his job (his casual attire is less formal), with two slits in the back for his wings. They themselves are like an insect's, but gleam of ethereal colors, even at night, and are much more durable and hardier than one. They come in two pairs of two, and brush against the floor.
Personality:
Although he has heard rumors that he was a very timid, shy, and gentle Fae child, he has proved them wrong. He has an arrogant flair and is disagreeable with most strangers, though tolerable to most that know him. It is especially vexing to adults, some of who still see him as a child for his looks. Felurian is also not quite mischievous, but has a self-ingrained "loose-regard" for the rules. To translate: he does not believe in following the rules strictly if they do not coincide with what he feels is right. That only applies in dire situations, however, and most of the time, even if he mocks them, he does not intend to break them. He has no problem being blunt and honestly brutal, but is capable of keeping dangerous secrets. As someone who is "young", Felurian views the world in a child's curious lens, with realistic refinement. His favorite past-times include exploring (secretly), reading, and people-watching. He has been known to play hooky when it comes to his job (also enraging to some), but is adept at it, and holds some affection for his king. Along with his curiosity, Felurian holds a keen thirst for knowledge. His room is reflective of his - half of it is filled from floor to ceiling with bookshelves, and the strange glows are often seen on until late at night, a result of his reading and possibly research. As a result, he is highly intelligent for his age and shows this in his sarcastic quips and prowess for striking arguments. One of Felurian's negative aspects would be his inability to self-compromise, and his single-mindedness. He lived a lonely childhood, with no concept of parents. The only thing that came close were those in the Castle, who he appreciates, but does not consider himself truly a part of, believing himself to be an outcast. His concepts of family and love are as of yet incomplete. He can be incredibly determined and stubborn, but needs something or someone to broaden his eyes. His haughtiness is a part of his rank, but also a part of his ignorance of life around him. He is quite impatient with both himself and others, and can be openly kind or empathetic depending on the situation, but in general is very private and finds it hard to trust others and spill his emotions.
History:
Felurian was abandoned at the steps of Terra Caelum's Palace in the middle of a stormy night, leading for a rather mysterious beginning. He has no recollection whatsoever of his parents - perhaps only troublesome glimpses in his dreams - and his name was given to him by his caretakers at the castle. His childhood was lonely but he lived a sheltered life, and in his early years he very rarely ventured beyond the castle or aristocratic circles. He began schooling at an early age and started working shortly after.

More cosy than roomy, an ambiance created by the dark wood flooring, the small window outlook, multiple bookshelves stacked with books and arcane scrolls, and strange blue and orange glows. It seemingly contrasts with his outward personality.

Personality: Ryo is a gentleman that stands up for what's right, is honest, down-to-Earth, understanding, respectful, modest, kind, gets embarrassed easily, has a soft spot for children, and is a selfless young man that will do anything it takes to keep what he holds dear. He values friends above anything else, and is intelligent as well as hardworking.
History (optional): Ryo grew up in a respectable but poor low-class family where he worked to meet their expectations. He had a simple childhood and when he was 11 got a little brother. He loved spending time with his brother, and the two became good friends despite the age difference. One day, his brother went out to play alone and never came back. This devastated their family and to this day Ryo still blames himself.
