Small town called dumpsville.
No just kidding...Kingston. home of the Kingston tigers. There is a local cafe, a few stores,a park,a library, apartments and many beautiful houses located here plus many other exciting things to do! Most of the population is welcoming and kind also. It is very racially and religiously diverse. Many people move here from around the world.

The rules are simple.

No dating your own character
Balance genders
Don't complain
Don't dis agender, transgender characters
If you don't like bisexual or openly gay relationships this is not The role play for you... we welcome all genders and sexualities.
Don't kill people unless they aren't real characters... (it's ok for a vampire to feed off a man they found in the woods or some crap. )
If you have problems with someone tell the mods.
If you have characters open say it once!! And if no one replies wait until ! someone Says they are open and go to them.
I may choose mods depending how big this gets.

Plot twist. Vincent doesn't die, but stays dyING for a long time and never sees his child until he's 16. Nagas age quickly so Qiao could be 5 in a course of 2 weeks
So Vincent would be in a coma like state Dying for 2 and a half months
