deposition; On the outside, R'van looks pretty intimidating with scars here and there from his years of fighting and training as well as his dark shaggy hair and dark eyes that seem to strike fear in some people, which is one of the main reasons he's not a very sociable person. Though he may look pretty scary and anti-social, R'van isn't mean or cruel, he's actually pretty nice once you get to know him. He can also be highly temperamental at times, but that is only when he looses control of his temper which is pretty rare. Just like his rider, Remath is also pretty intimidating with his large size and scarred face, but he is pretty much the epitome of term "teddy bear". Remmy loves to cuddle and is a very loving brute to everyone, especially those who feed him and give him scratches. Taz is very similar to Remath in the way he loves cuddles and is loving, but he's very selective of those he likes and it's clear when he doesn't like someone.

history; R'van was born and raised in the Weyr, fostered by a loving woman and was told his parents were a rider and a Cavern worker, but he doesn't really care about that. At the age of 16, R'van was allowed to be a Candidate during the old Queen's hatching and was able to Impress the large bronze, Remath. The two learned everything they needed to know quickly and once Remath was old enough, they were accepted into the Fighting Wing which they are still apart of.

deposition; Kaylian is very feisty and independent, never one to really rely on someone else when she can do it all herself. She prefers to be alone and tends to stick to herself and Elath, usually out flying or down by the Weyr's lake for a bath. As a Junior Goldrider though, Kaylian is forced to learn all the things she will need to know as Weyrwoman since anything could happen and she could be the next leader in the matter of only days. She doesn't really like all the sitting around and writing or the book reading she has to do, she'd rather be out flying on her dragon. The only real upside to sitting around is that sitting around allows her two fire lizards to hang around and drape themselves on her while she reads or writes. Similar to her own personality, her golden dragon, Elath, is just as rebellious and strong willed, but she is much more mellow and patient than her rider. She is also pretty accepting of Kaylian's two fire lizards, Rouk and Siya, though they do tend to annoy her from time to time. Rouk is the snappy mean bronze who gets possessive of both Kaylian and Elath, while Siya is the much more friendly and motherly green lizard who loves to cuddle with Elath at night.

history; Unlike most of the other dragonriders, Kaylian was born and raised in a nearby Hold, destined to work in the kitchens and be married off to whichever suitor her father thought worthy so she can bare child after child for him. Luckily for her though, the dragonriders came to her home in Search as a gold egg was on the sands and she was taken. Out of almost twenty different girls, Elath chose Kaylian and the two have been inseparable ever since.

Alicia is a headstrong, fierce woman who is not daunted by much of anything. She is fiercely loyal to her Weyr and takes pride in it being the only one to survive the diminishing of the dragonriders. She can be hard on those she has charge of, but it tends to bring out the best in them, and she knows this. She is not the chattery type and prefers to use action, not words, whenever she can. It takes a lot of work to truly befriend her, as she usually distances herself from those she looks after. Indeed, her closest friend isn't even human. It is Era, the dragon she raised from the egg. They have an incredibly strong bond and are almost always seen together.


Alicia's history was pretty average for a woman of her Weyr until she was sixteen years old. At the time, there was a gold egg in the nesting grounds, and a dragon chose her to come and attempt to bond with it when it hatched. She waited for days, and then it hatched into a little red and gold dragon. Over the next few days, the two bonded, and thus Alicia became one of the first women of her age to be a junior dragonrider. Years passed, and the current dragon of the previous Weyrwoman became infertile. Era, Alicia's dragon, was the first one to be bred, so she became a Queen and Alicia the new Weyrwoman at only twenty three.

Era is a spunky, playful dragon, the opposite of her rider. She loves to go on adventures and see new places. In battle, she I'd best at feigning, and she is also rather speedy. She is small for coming from a Gold egg, and isn't very strong as a result. Despite her and her rider having such a different personality, they get along incredibly well.

@Thunder - which male rider? There are several to choose from c:

@Frozen - judging from Alicia's history, Era should be about 7 years old instead of 2 years, and
dragons usually have a "-th" at the end of their names, like Eglath or Nemoth or
something. Era can still be a nickname if you want c:
