Zaneith comes from an uprooted family. His mother died in a fire when he was 11. Since then he has been determined to protect those he loves. He is reserved and very traditional, protecting the Japanese culture that his mother instilled in him from her own background. Since then he has lived with his strict father, but spends as much time away from home as he can to avoid his step mother, whom he and his step-brother despise. It is about the only thing they agree on. he is very intelligent and spends most of his time reading. he will read almost everything. as a protective young man, he is loyal to the end to his friends. he is very particular about the people he lets get close to him. only close friends are allowed to call him by the abbreviation of his Japanese name. he's been called up tight and serious and he is. he rarely finds anything funny, even when he is around his friends. woe to anyone who makes and enemy out of Zane, as he will never let you out of 'enemy' status. And his short temper means that he is quick and prone to violence if anyone upsets him. that is where his violin comes into play.
