It just appeared one day. The letter. Brought to you by one of the Legendary Pokemon. You had never seen a Legendary up close before, and yet you felt compelled nonetheless to take the letter.

We have been following your progress through our world quite closely. You have been chosen for a reason. Your skills show great potential. Perhaps you are not quite there yet, but we have faith that one day soon... you will be. And because of this, we ask you take care of this Pokemon. It is a Legendary, as we are sure you must already know. If you treat it with the respect it deserves and take it in as your own, it will fight beside and protect you. When the time comes, we will call on you again. But until then, we wish you the best. But beware, many tests lay ahead. The bond that you form with this Pokemon will be tested time and time again. People will try to steal it. How you two cooperate will prove whether or not you have what it takes to be in our Program. I am sorry I cannot say anymore at this time... as I am sure you have a lot of unanswered questions. I hate to ask this of you, as you do not know me. But please, trust in me and in your new Pokemon. For neither of us will fail you. Until next time...

And that's it. no other further explanation is given. You look at your new Pokemon and it looks at you. After a moment, you take out a Pokeball. For better or worse, this Pokemon will now be accompanying you on your journey. Several years pass. You've had good times and bad. You've reached some goals and failed others miserably. You almost forget about the letter, about how you came to capture your legendary Pokemon. Until now. Another letter comes via Dragonite. This one is short and to the point.

the plot
So basically, a bunch of kids (round 13-15 years of age, were selected by a young girl named Sienna. Sienna will be played by me! no one else. she is mainly a side character, but she is also the most powerful person in the roleplay (think of the little girl Entei kinda adopted in the movie lol). Sienna is a Princess in another dimension and the only portal into that dimension is at the address she provided in her second letter (it's an old fortress-like castle). Basically her dimension is in peril and she needs the selected trainers to help save her world. And no, they don't really get a choice because the second they are all there, they are sucked through the portal and can't leave until Sienna allows them to. She basically controls every aspect of her world. Each trainer will have one Legendary and a six non Legendary Pokemon (ask before making one a Shiny) for a total of 7 Pokemon in all (or less if you really want). There will be NO repeat Pokemon, sorry. Sienna can basically conjure up any Pokemon so don't worry if you copy one of HER Pokemon. In Sienna's World, Pokemon can talk. Princess Sienna is a hard girl to pin down. She is constantly changing her appearance to look older or younger... or sometimes changing just small things like the color of her eyes. No one really knows what Sienna really looks like... although her favorite form (pictured) is that of a six year old, black haired, blue eyes blind girl. The only consistent thing with this girl is that she is always blind, and she always has black hair which might be a bit of a clue... but like I said, no one can really be sure. Her full name is Sienna Elisabeth Montgomery. Her parents were the ones who originally found and built Sienna's World from the ground up.

That was thousands of years ago, at least in our dimension. Time doesn't really flow in her universe. Sure, the days change. The seasons come and go. But no one really ages there. Sienna is seen as a very stoic young girl. She rarely smiles and almost never laughs unless she is in her garden with her Pokemon. she is very intelligent and thoughtful. Her maturity level tends to reflect her current form, and since she is usually a six year old girl she is rather childish and selfish which could prove dangerous to our heroes.

Sienna tends to favor Pokemon that are cute and cuddly. She has six she favors above all else. They are very powerful, even though most are in their first or only stage of evolution.

Grace is Sienna's female Leafeon. True to her name she is a very relaxed and graceful Pokemon. She is pretty much the leader of Sienna's Pokemon. The others listen to her and look to her for guidance. She is very friendly but will protect Sienna with her life if she has to.
Bolt is Sienna's male Shinx. He's pretty cute, isn't he? But that cuteness is all a facade. In battle, Bolt is relentless and merciless. He won't stop until he's been beaten or declared the winner!
Aurora is Sienna's female Amaura. She is a lively little Pokemon who is always getting into mischief. She is very keen and intelligent but kind of a klutz. She loves to make friends but watch out. She is no pushover in Battle.
Blossom is Sienna's female Shiny Pachirisu. She is a very impish little creature who loves causing trouble. She, along with her best friend Shadow, is notorious for pulling pranks on others.
Next up we have Crash, Sienna's male Pichu. Crash is almost always in motion. He loves to dance and can often be found making up new dances. Because he is always in motion, it's quite difficult to land a hit on him. His strong suits are speed and evasiveness... and total cuteness of course.
And last but not least is Shadow, Sienna's shiny male Zorua. Like most Zorua, Shadow loves causing trouble. And with his best friend and partner in crimem Blossom, at his side he is nearly unstoppable. He loves battling and even more, he loves to win.

Isabel is a very confident, very arrogant, and very entitled young woman. She is self centered, independent, and pretty much thinks she is all that. She is a very reckless and impulsive young woman. She doesn't like listening to reason and tends yo be a bit irrational in her anger. She has a very short, very volatile temper. Despite her shortcomings, Isabel is highly intelligent and an excellent Pokémon Trainer. She has a mutual love and respect for her Pokémon that she rarely, if ever, shows towards humans. She is extremely loyal and can be somewhat overprotective at times... at least when it comes to those she loves.

Izzy was born in the Jhoto Region, the only child of two very rich, very powerful parents. Because her parents were almost always working, Izzy often found herself alone in their large manor save for their servants. And because of this, she spent most of her free time in the gardens with the Wild Pokémon which were allowed to roam freely on the grounds. This fueled Izzy's love of Pokémon. When she left home at ten, she took a young Cyndaquil as her partner and as she grew, she became a talented and well-known Coordinator. She loved the spotlight and the spotlight loved her. But she became so focused on entertaining her audience that she forgot to focus on training her Pokemon. While they do have a raw natural ability (she did luck out in that department), they are overall inexperienced and could get seriously hurt if she doesn't buckle down and train them properly.

Izzy tends to favor fire-type pokémon, which is rather fitting due to her fiery nature. She rarely evolbes Pokémon past their first or second form and has several everstones to ensire they stay young and cute forever. She was a little skeptical that her legendary was the psychic Pokemon, Mew. She had a hard time adapting to Mew's psychic Moves but managed.


Meet Lily, Isabella's Mew. Although Mew is technically genderless, she is referred to as a female. Lily is a very sweet and lively little Pokémon who loves to play and goof off... even during battle! She is an energetic little Pokémon and can be hard to control... but she is loyal nonetheless. Her main (most used) moves include Transform, Psychic, Shadowball, and Protect


The there's Blaze, Isabella's Ninetales. Blaze is a young, recently evolved Pokemon. She used to be the cutest, sweetest little Vulpix in the world but ever since she evolved it is very rare that she listens to her trainer. She doesn't think Izzy has enough experience and refuses to cooperate. She is extremely temperamental, though, and won't hesitate to show another who's boss if they dare taunt her. Her favorite pastime is turning her flamethrower on Izzy. Her main moves include Flamethrower Inferno, Confuse Ray, and Dig.


Bandit is a male Monferno. He is a fiery little Pokémon who is always raring to go. The main problem with Bandit is that he gets so excited about battling that he often starts ignoring his trainer and starts to do his own thing. His main moves include Mach Punch, Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, and Dig. Bandit has a small everstone around his wrist that Izzy had handcrafted into a bracelet.


Next up is Princess, Isabella's Shiny female Eevee. Princess, true to her name, is a very entitled young Eevee who doesn't much like battling.. but definitely likes winning. She hates dirt and grime, hates getting her fur messy, and really hates being told what to do. Its anyone's guess whether she will listen or not. She will evolve into a Flareon at some point but ONLY when Izzy thinks she is ready. Her main moves include Swift, Quick Attack, Attract, and Protect.


After Princess, we have Growlie. Growlie is Izzy's male Growlithe. Being the Puppy Pokémon, Growlie is extremely protective. He is always looking out for the safety of his trainer and the rest of the team. He is very alert and obedient and always aims to please. He carries his Everstone on the form of a collar. His main moves include Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Dig, and Double Team,


Next up, we have Dash. Dash is Izzy's male Shiny Rapidash, also known as the Fire Horse Pokemon. Dash is very particular Pokemon. He is extremely picky. He doesn't much like strangers and will burn anyone who tried to touch him outside of his trainer. He is a very serious Pokemon and doesn't much like goofing off. True to his name he loves to run. It is one of the few times he isn't totally serious. His main moves include Flame Charge, Take Down, Fury Attack, and Double Team.


And, last but certainly not least, is Quil. Quil is a male Quilava and Izzy's starter Pokémom. He has been with her since the start of her Pokémon Journey and the two are very close. Quil is very relaxed and thoughtful. He never acts reckless or impulsively. He likes to think things through. He is always keeping the other Pokémon in line and the others hold a very healthy respect for the Pokémon. He wears his Everstone around his neck like growlithe, but his is more a necklace rather than a collar. His main moves includes Flame Charge, Lava Plume, Swift, and Roll Out.

Castella Winthrop. Usually goes by 'Cass' or 'Cake.' Cake is a pet name, though, and it takes a lot to get her to let you call her that.

Cass is sixteen, but she's very mature for her age.

Cass is mostly heterosexual, but she keeps an open mind about such things, and doesn't really form relationships based on such menial things as looks. There's probably a label for that somewhere, but she doesn't really spend her time thinking about it. She hasn't had any solid relationships romantically, and is currently single.

Cass has mousy brownish-blonde, honey-colored hair, pale skin, and pretty blue eyes. She has dimples and cute freckles across the bridge of her nose. She is not overly tall, and very thin. Perhaps thin isn't really the word for Cass' body type. She's more scrawny, and built for speed over strength. She usually wears black stockings and a dark pink skirt and hat with a black bow. Her style can only be described as charmingly dapper with a hint of preppiness thrown in.

It was always Cass' dream to leave her hometown, where her parents owned a barry. She wanted to make a name for herself, and her avenue for that was science, and later pokemon training. She received her letter and Xerneas from Sienna when she was only thirteen, and it was then that she decided to pursue a career in training pokemon. She started by studying the creatures, and many befriended her. She was quiet and docile, and most of the pokemon currently on her team are her friends, rather than merely her pokemon. They approached her; she didn't actually capture any of them. That's why she's so good with fairy pokemon; she just understands them, and she is able to help them use their unique magic to the best of their abilities.

Cass is extraordinarily intelligent, but she doesn't respond well to social cues. She does her best to help those around her, but she does it in such a way that she can come off as rather cold. She loves animals and pokemon, and loves studying the land around her. Sometimes she can get confused and overwhelmed if put in a situation that she isn't comfortable in, and she often retreats into a sort of shell. She is a very useful ally, however, and will always stand for what she believes is right.

about Xerneas was Cass' first real pokemon, and is her best friend. It is genderless, and doesn't show much emotion, much like Cass herself. They get along well in that they are both silent, and yet at the same time caring. Cass will often ride around atop Xerneas, and rarely ever is the pokemon in a pokeball. The two are inseparable, and bring out the best in each other.

about Vee took a liking to Xerneas before she ever trusted Cass. The two fairy pokemon got on stunningly, and as Cass sat reading or studying, would often play with Xerneas. Not wanting to end a wonderful friendship as Cass began to travel around, Vee followed the two for a while, and finally settled with Cass as a member of her team.

about Incus found Cass when she was first starting out as an actual trainer. He was wandering around as a wild pokemon, when he saw Vee get hurt in a practice match. He immediately moved to the rescue, taking a liking to the spritely sylveon. Since that day, he has sort of helped out Cass as a healer, always on the look out for a wound to tend to.

about Trill likes to do exactly what her name implies: trill! She often sings and hums, and was attracted to Cass and her growing fan club after hearing Cass humming to herself along the road. Trill likes to jump and dance, and is often the entertainment for the little family.

about Box is a proud, adventurous pokemon, and the only member of Cass' team that she actually battled to train. He doesn't like to follower orders and has been trouble for Cass to train. However, she still tries, and is very patient with the ornery pokemon. His name is Boxer because he's always looking for a fight, and he isn't afraid to put up his dukes, despite his small size. He definitely has a lot of personality.

about Gardevoir once again was not captured by Cass. She helps the young trainer as more of a friendship than a master type thing, and acts as a self-promoted sisterly figure to Cass. She is a powerful pokemon in her own right, however, and isn't afraid of a fight. She does not get along with Boxer at all.

about Mist is almost as quiet as the mist in which she flies, save for the fact that she hums beautiful songs. She took a liking to Cass and her team, and followed them around a bit before saving Cass herself from falling off a cliff. After that, the two were fast friends, and Mist decided to help the team out, rounding the little family out at a total of eight members.

Jay is a big softie and a straight guy, but he's never been in a solid relationship. He tells himself that he just hasn't found the right girl. He is too goofy to really make long-lasting friendships either, so he's open for both a romantic interest and a few solid friendships.

Jay is tall and gangly with a sort of awkward demeanor about him. He has black hair that never seems to cooperate or go the way he wants it to, so he often wears a baseball cap to cover it up. Jay tends to wear a lot of blues and reds, and he has a favorite navy blue hoodie that he wears all the time. His mom hates him for it, and is always trying to hide it. He likes sneakers, and basically anything that makes him feel comfortable.

Jay literally has done nothing exciting with his life. He grew up a relatively normal child with the relatively normal dream of becoming a pokemon trainer. The first pokemon he ever obtained was a Dratini, which has now evolved into a lovely Dragonite. This was a chance encounter, and the two are now best pals. Jay received his legendary a year after he began his journey, and has fostered a great relationship with it ever since. His team may not be the most cohesive type-wise, but it really is built around friendship and trust more than anything else, and that's what makes Jay a successful trainer.

Jay is soft-spoken and rather awkward, but he really is a sweetheart. He often does or says things without thinking, and regrets them immediately. He is a social person, despite his quirks, and makes friends easily. Jay is not necessarily the life of the party, but he contributes to it by making jokes and laughing good-naturedly. He is kind and thoughtful, and values family and friends over science or discovery. He is also rather unassertive, and rather easy to manipulate. But he tries to stand up for what is right, which is what counts.

about Aura is a genderless Suicune. It was given to Jay when he was only thirteen, and the two didn't get on very well at first, both being too unassertive to contribute to the bond. But when Jay was trying to run drills with Peach and his new legendary friend, a swarm of Beedrills attacked. Aura saved the three of them out of a pure will to protect its trainer. Their friendship has only grown stronger since.

He hangs on Peach's every move, and would do anything to please her. He latched on to Jay's team mostly because of the Dragonite, but has learned to love Jay just as much.

Peach would rather die than let Jay get hurt, and is very protective of him.

about Torro is the jokester of the group. Peach disapproves of him greatly. The little buizel was the first pokemon Jay truly caught after he decided he wanted to become a trainer. It was a stormy day as Jay started on his journey, still chipper and happy as ever. But nothing was going his way. No pokemon, no other people, nothing. The only thing that had happened was that someone had stolen his sunglasses. That someone turned out to be Torro. When Jay found them and retrieved them, he battled the wild buizel into submission, and the two became fast friends.

Her third is that she favors Black Rose more than her normal pokemon, and lets the Zekrom do all of the fighting. She has some minor bad traits, but these are the top three.❄

Looks; Chelsea has chin length dark brown hair which can often be quite messy and frizzy, she also has dark brown eyes with green and yellow flecks around their edges. She has slightly tanned skin and she stands at around 5 feet 5 inches tall and she has a fairly muscular build, as for what she weighs she wouldn't tell you even if she knew. She has a scar across her right side from where she was grazed by a Pokemon's attack when she was younger. Clothing wise she always wears her black leather jacket on top of either a dark grey, blue or red long sleeved shirt. Her trousers will either be dark blue jeans or khaki green or black combat trousers. Her main pair of shoes are a pair of black combat boots. She also has a necklace with a red star on it which she was given by her father, she often wears a black scarf as well which was once her mothers. She doesn't have any tattoos or piercings.
Personality; Personality wise she isn't the best people person, she tends not to trust people when she first meets them and she generally bases her opinions of people on what her Pokemon think of them. She cares deeply for all of her Pokemon and she has forged deep, strong bonds with all of them, even Latios, the legendary Pokemon which came to her in a time of need. She is also incredibly loyal to anyone who has managed to become her friend going to their aid if they need her help. She loves a good adventure and while travelling with her Pokemon she can often be found climbing trees just to have a good time. She is quite a sarcastic person and while in a Pokemon battle she tends to taunt her opponents with her wit and sarcasm as it tends to make them react recklessly out of anger and allow her to win. She can be quite hurtful at times though she doesn't often intend to be and if she hurts someone's feelings without meaning to then chances are that she may apologize to them. Other key traits are overconfidence, stubbornness, determined, confident, finds trouble easily and rebellious.
History; Her past wasn't really that interesting till a few years ago, she left on her Pokemon journey when she was 10 when she set off with Poochyena her Pokemon partner. Since then she has captured three other Pokemon who now fight alongside her. When she was 15 both of her parents were in a car crash, her mother died while her father lived and became worried about Chelsea out in the world all on her own. She managed to convince him that she was fine and she has continued on her way. She discovered the Latios when he came to her, comforting her while she was still grieving. He was the one who helped her get over her mother's death completely, to this day he is a Pokemon she relies on most for emotional support.

About; Latios came to Chelsea while she was still grieving after her mothers death, he accompanied her and protected her, comforting her while she was at her lowest. He is an incredibly loyal and protective Pokemon and doesn't trust other people easily. He loves the smaller Pokemon and shows some care and affection for all of Chelsea's other Pokemon. He is kind, caring and playful around those that he trusts so you know that if he acts like this that he trusts you. If, however he doesn't trust you then chances are he may end up attacking you.

About; Chelsea's first Pokemon and her best friend in her travels, Strider is a proud Pokemon and is also a ferocious fighter. He often gets annoyed by smaller Pokemon messing around and yet at the same time if you catch him in the right mood he loves a good play and a good adventure. He and Chelsea have very similar personalities in that he is much more of a loner than many of Chelsea's other Pokemon, he is quite a thoughtful and smart Pokemon and in battles he is very good at outwitting his opponent, using his intelligence combined with Chelsea's to beat any and all opponents that they face.

About; Arya is a female Luxio who started off as a Shinx. She is rather small, smaller than most of her kind yet she acts as is she is much bigger than she actually is. She is quite hyper and loves to battle, if only to prove herself to others. She is friendly towards most people who are friendly to her and her trainer. She has a great love for food and will gorge herself on it if she gets the chance, perhaps the reason why she doesn't grow is the fact that she burns off all of the food she eats by running around with her hyperactive tendencies often showing.

About; A female Noivern, Skye is a very affectionate Pokemon and likes to play a lot, she is rather childish a lot of the time. She is very high maintenance and likes to preen herself a lot to keep herself clean. She loves to fly quickly and isn't the biggest fan of battles yet at the same time if she is offended by anything that you say or do towards her or her trainer she will be quick to defend herself. She is the most difficult of all of Chelsea's Pokemon especially because she doesn't like to battle and she is really proud.

About; One of Chelsea's most powerful Pokemon is Slade, a male Arcanine. He is the first to fight in a battle to test his skills out. He is protective of the smaller Pokemon in the group and loves to play with them as well. He seems big and scary to those who don't know him but he's really just a big softy. Though like most fire types he has a hot temper his doesn't show that often unless you actually manage to do something that really, really annoys him, he is that hard to really upset.

About; Speedy and wily this is a Pokemon that you will never see coming in a fight, striking quickly from all sides. Bolt, named so for his speed, Chelsea's male Sceptile was discovered as a Grovyle, abandoned by it's trainer in a desert that Chelsea was travelling through at the time. At first he was a proud Pokemon who wouldn't accept Chelsea as his trainer until she risked her life to save him from an attack by a group of angry Beedrill. Now as she walks on the ground Bolt is often leaping through the trees alongside her.

About; Strong, quiet and thoughtful, Clint is Chelsea's Lucario, a Pokemon deeply in tune with his aura. Unlike most of Chelsea's Pokemon, save for Latios, Clint came to Chelsea, he sensed that the two of them had similar auras and he joined her on her quest. He has not been captured by any pokeball, no, he entered it willingly, but the bond that the two of them share is far deeper than that. The way the two fight, as if their minds are directly linked, in truth it is simply their auras which are connected allowing the two to share their feelings with each other. As for the other Pokemon of Chelsea's team he pays them little regard yet would protect them if asked.

personality and background

personality: Jakub is very prideful in what he does and it has shown ever since he was younger. He knows of his strengths and he plays off them to show himself off. People typically see him as stuck up and snobby, which isn't too far off with his personality. However, he is a great leader in times of need and isn't afraid to take control of a situation, though he may do so more than needed. He has a very competitive nature and tends to get carried away with it sometimes. This leads the boy into a lot of troublesome situations but he tends to find a way out of them due to his strength. His size always gives him an intimidation factor to his personality and being taller than a lot of people allows him to look down upon people and show that he is better than them in many ways. Even though this boy is quite a brat at times, he excels in many areas including battle and intelligence, though lacks being friendly at all times and being social to an extent. Once he is friends with someone, he actually isn't as bad as he seems at first glance and he is actually rather nice and enjoys others company.
history: Jakub was born and raised in the Hoenn region, specifically in Slateport City. His parents were both researchers for the Oceanic Museum and spent most of their time away from home leaving Gus with his older sister a lot of the time. He had a very close bond with his older sister, Ellie, until his parents on day decided to send him off at the age of seven to live with his aunt and uncle in Oldale Town. The boy was often very lonely, until one day his uncle took him out to catch his very first Pokemon and give him a friend even if he seemed like a rather selfish boy. Upon receiving his first Pokemon, Jakub declared that he would become a trainer and strive to be the best he could no matter what situations he came across.
