Prismatic

Gender: Male
Personality: Prismatic is generally a cheerful fellow. He's full of energy and loves to move and play, and delights in meeting new people. This, in addition to being rather little for an adult RPW, leads many to refer to him as a puppy. He resents this, and often tries to prove that, yes, he can be mature. He usually does this by showing off his art, which came 100% from his own tailstrokes. He takes this art very seriously. An insult to his art is like an insult directly to him. It's a surefire way to grind a friendship with Prisma to a screeching halt. Another peeve of his is people messing with his stuff, as he tends to be a wee bit of a neat freak. He does not take kindly to people making messes in his home, and if, when outside the house, he's left alone long enough, he'll sometimes start reorganizing other people's things to be less "messy." This has gotten him kicked out of some homes before. However, with other things he's far more patient, and outside of insulting his art and messing with his stuff, he can sit and take just about anything from everyone with a grin (and usually some banter in return). He generally will spring into action, however, as soon as things start being done to his friends and family. Friends of Prisma can rest assured that this colorful little RPW will have their back, no matter what.
History: He and his sister Beryl were raised together in a nuclear family with doting parents...up until their mother became very sick and passed away. Prisma was very shaken by this, and spent a stretch of his childhood locked in his room, throwing himself into his art to cope. After a while, however, he was coaxed out of his room by Beryl, and he learned to enjoy life again. Life was wonderful, and it couldn't possibly throw him for another loop like with Mom's death...that was the worst it could possibly do. Right?

Beryl

Gender: Female
Personality: Beryl is a very even-keel type of girl. She generally seems like she's bored with the world, watching through half-lidded eyes...but if she's passionate about something, she becomes even more energetic than her brother. Couple this energy with her sheer size, and you can see why some RPWs steer clear from her. However, when she's in her calm, bored state, she's a bit like a giant pillow. Her brother often takes advantage of this by falling asleep on top of her or in the crook of a limb. Beryl does secretly really enjoy cuddling with friends and loved ones, though. However, when she's energetic, she's usually going a mile a minute about music or hot new dance moves or something while accidentally bowling over anyone unfortunate enough to be in her running path. And, well, that's the happy version. When anybody threatens those she cares about, Beryl becomes a big lump of concentrated rage. And dealing with an enraged Beryl is not something most people enjoy. At all.
History: She and her brother Prisma were raised together in a nuclear family with doting parents...until their mom got very sick and passed away. Beryl was shaken for a relatively short time before she steeled herself, deciding this family still needed a strong she-wolf. She became rather skilled at suppressing her true emotions a majority of the time, and with this forced calm she managed to pull Prisma out of his sulk-fest. She'd have to let out her own flood of tears in private. To this day, she still clings to her habit of suppressing her true emotions...and they still pour out in floods when she lets her emotional walls down.

Ostea Ravenwood

Gender: Female
Personality: Ostea is an extremely timid girl, even jumping at her own reflection. It takes barely anything to scare her, which many people find extremely ironic, given her rather scary exterior. She is painfully aware of how spooky she looks, and it's why she generally avoids mirrors whenever possible. She has a very low value for herself, and when she cares about someone, she will unquestioningly lay down her life for them. If, well, she's not already paralyzed with fear, that is. She tries to overcome her crippling fears, however. She tries to make herself more brave (and less scary) by donning a magical girl costume, as she believes firmly that if anybody's going to save the world, it's going to be the brave, beautiful magical girls. She strives to try and meet her ideals as a real life magical girl...minus the magical powers, thus far.

...But, in rare moments when she's past her fears, other wolves have been the ones running screaming from her, and not the other way around. They blubber about there being a demon, about how the demon almost snapped their bones, angry about the torment she had suffered.
History: There used to be a struggling author, now only known by the name of Ravenwood, her first name lost to history. Ravenwood wanted so badly to be critically acclaimed and popular that she was willing to dabble in the dark arts. If she couldn't win over her audience with her writing alone, she'd just have to...encourage them.
She summoned a demon one night, willing to trade her soul for popularity as an author. But...oh, dear, this demon was handsome in the worst of ways. Ravenwood was a twisted woman, twisted enough to find this abomination handsome. And she herself was rather beautiful. She worded her contract with the demon in such a way he had to stay by her until her wish was granted in full. By the time her wish had been granted (she was enjoying a certain degree of popularity...she never specified just how popular she needed to be for the wish to be granted), Ravenwood and her demon had a child. Ravenwood was happy at the time, for she had popularity, a mate, and now she was going to have a child with him. But, it was not to be. As soon as the child was born, the demon backed out, pointing out the wish was technically granted. He would have nothing to do with this RPW/demon abomination. He was ashamed at having helped create that...thing.
Ravenwood blamed the loss of her mate on the child, and abandoned her little daughter at the doorstep of an orphanage. Those at the orphanage named the little puppy Ostea after her bone-shaped markings. But, when she opened her eyes, everyone was terrified. Those were demon eyes.
The caretakers tried to do their best for her, but they were busy with so many other children too. And those children, being afraid of Ostea, were not kind. They became bullies to keep this supposed monster underneath them. Ostea became self-loathing and terrified of the world, being tormented so much and comforted so little. And as her fear amplified, it became easier for the others to torment her. It was a vicious cycle.
Eventually, Ostea disappeared from the orphanage entirely. On that night, several of the children who tormented Ostea the most were sporting sprains and scrapes and bruises, and they all looked like they had seen a ghost.
Ostea wandered the streets alone, trying to suppress her fear so she could get as far away from the orphanage as possible. It was on one of her nighttime walks through the city (nighttime was scary, but almost nobody was outside at that time and...she somehow felt stronger in the moonlight) that she encountered a poster in the window of a bookstore. It was advertising a new popular manga that had recently come overseas. It was about...magical girls. Ostea was taken with how pretty the magical girls were, and she decided she wanted one of those books. She scraped together change that people had dropped over the next several days so she'd have enough to buy the book. Once she got the hang of reading right to left, she absolutely loved it, and kept rereading it. She'd visit the bookstore multiple days in a row, browsing all of the available volumes.
And when she discovered that magical girls encompassed a whole genre, well, she was absolutely hooked. The magical girls gave her hope that the world wasn't entirely terrible, that things could be better (even if a lot of magical girls met terrible ends).
She wanted to be a magical girl. She could be more than a monster. She could help save the world.

It was during a foray into the bookstore that she one day encountered a she-wolf forlornly thumbing through some book. It was in the discount section; apparently it had once been a bestseller, but now nobody wanted it. Except for her, apparently.
When Ostea and the she-wolf met each others' gazes, the she-wolf looked...not afraid, but angry. She told Ostea to beat it.
Ms. Ravenwood was told to leave the store for harassing another customer.
This Ravenwood seemed familiar somehow...
Ostea decided she'd track down Ravenwood and find out why exactly she seemed so familiar. Some primal thing inside her overrode her fear of strangers and of confrontation. She needed to know why.

Several nights later, Ravenwood went missing.

Polaris

Gender: Male
Personality: He is a very quiet, passive wolf, usually watching the world from afar when his nose is supposedly buried in a book. He reads frequently, as he has an insatiable thirst for knowledge. He also has a photographic memory, and remembers everything he sees, and the majority of what he hears. Due to this, he's often rather bored and seeks new things. He keeps himself busy by either hoarding new books (usually full of trivia), or he goes and watches what other wolves are up to. Surprisingly, this large fluffball usually goes unnoticed due to how quiet he is. He tends to unnerve other wolves, as he almost never forgets anything he observes...and they often don't know when he's watching them. He has considered doing spy work before, but has decided he'd rather not compromise the privacy of other wolves. Still, the thrill in that job is tempting...

Xenon

Gender: Female
Personality: This is a textbook party animal. She lives to have a good time, and she wants to be the center of attention while doing it. She helps keep all eyes on her by wearing flashy shades and wearing extra-sparkly glitter in her fur, so as to catch dancefloor lights. She absolutely hates feeling ignored, and will often bug people to talk to her or even just look at her when she feels lonely, much to their annoyance.

Variform

Gender: Female
Personality: This is a very intelligent and cold RPW. Variform disregards feelings in favor of logic, and she often tries to cram her information about everything down everyone's throats. Many like to steer clear of her, pegging her as an overbearing know-it-all and a sociopath. However, as her name suggests, she can display a different side to her loved ones, becoming more sensitive to them and less of a know-it-all, actually asking for their imput sometimes. She doesn't bond easily, however, and makes no effort to get back in good graces with anyone she offends. After all, where's the logic in chasing after someone like that?
History:

Hydrurga

Gender: Male
Personality: He's a daydreamer, and his brain often follows odd trains of thought. He's known to blurt out nonsensical things...but they make perfect sense to him. He often has trouble holding a steady conversation with wolves who don't know about his odd mind, since he tends to lose them with some weird topic change. He's a very sweet individual, odd thought process aside. When he succeeds in forging a bond with someone, they will often find him lavishing affection upon them.
History:

Soleil

Gender: Male
Personality: He tries to be cool and get attention, but he usually ends up making a goofball out of himself. He lives in the shadow of his unpleasant sister and some embarrassing mothers, and is pretty desperate to make his own impact. He sometimes comes off as rude or stupid for some of the stuff he spews out of his mouth on a whim in an attempt to seem cooler than he is, but he usually doesn't mean it. Under all of the trying-too-hard, he's a good kid with a love for reading and snuggling.
