I apologized to Galaxy and also told her so I'll tell you too:
I don't think thinking too much can lead to a panic attack? Maybe it can, but Jess is going to be thinking too much on how she must have messed up and stuff, and will give some sign that Mayu will take for a possible panic attack starting, so Mayu will push into her. I'm pretty sure that's what Psychiatric service dogs do, they like push into the person, under an arm or whatever, to distract them from the panic attack. I won't really know until I one day (hopefully) get my own, but I'm telling you so you can decide if Kass will react at all or not. It's only going to be a small part of my post.

Eh heh, I basically wrote down my entire post for her here, or my ideas for part of it anyway, so I'm good to wait since I won't be forgetting anything. If I can find this page again...I came back yesterday (it was yesterday at like...8 or 9 pm) to two new pages in one of the other RPs. I don't think anyone goes that far on this discussion, so I should be fine to find my stuff here again, but anyway.

I don’t think the act of thinking can, but like imagining overwhelm or things that frighten someone absolutely can. I suffer regular panic attacks irl and speak from firsthand experience. And thanks for letting me know!

Yeah for me it's just wind, snow (snowstorm is what caused this in the first place. Though apparently I may have ended up with anxiety anyway? My younger sister has it, and for her there was no trigger that I know of, and mom thinks we're autistic so...maybe that's it?), music sometimes, being in the car on hills or going over a certain speed, wide open spaces AND enclosed ones.

She's also always a brat to everyone...so it makes it hard to feel bad for her sometimes but anyway. I posted, Jess apologized to Devin even if he doesn't accept it. Also, I've been watching an Asian boy x boy romance/drama and I love it and I need to talk to someone. So could I pm you Sun? You're always willing to listen. That's one of the things I like about you, as a friend.
