Do the people outside know about what's going on? Or at least they know that they're being imprisoned. So even if they escape, who's to say they won't get turned in again? Also, do the scientists wear a particular uniform? Like, I don't know, that of the opposing countries, so they can get them to hate those uniforms and the people who wear them.

The way I see it, and what I intended as I typed it, is that they're almost unconscious but not quite. Aren't quite capable of moving, but are capable of thinking.

So Air, how to the domestics get in and out of the lab? Do they have like a pass to open a door or does a scientist let them in and out?

Initially, actually {and if you read the detailed version you'll see it xD} the lab was supposed to be inside the dome. However, it got written a different way in the simple version when I posted it, and so I just ended up going with it. The lab is right next to the dome, with a 10 meter walking distance. Imagine a well-lit tunnel of sorts leading from the lab to the dome. There's a tall { 3 meter } gate that two armed guards open and close for when hybrids leave to go hunt down people in the dome, and for when the hybrid returns with the subject.

People will do anything with fear and good enough propaganda. Look at WW2 and I'm not just talking about the camps with Hitler.
The people most likely DO know and FEAR the hybrids, they are experiments and weapons.
Media would probably do something along the lines of; We are helping you be rid of savage beast. Turn in any hybrid you see to help the war effort.

Americans don't react well to people with different skin tones let alone DNA,

Outfits? I imagine lab coats, but probably with body armor underneath with their nationality's emblem somewhere on it. Hybrids can be pretty vengeful towards the people imprisoning them and causing them pain. If any of you have seen Victoria's posts, imagine that with a lot of hybrids that are even tougher. So yeah, lab coat, light body armor. Not terribly heavy, because most scientists should have a domestic hybrid with them or another scientist.
