Name Type: Traditional
Name Reasoning: I think that the only issue is that he's a regular striped tabby, rather than a dappled, as Loach- defines. Other than that, his name fits him perfectly.
Alternative Name: Rabbitstream/Larkstream. Both prefixes are for a regular brown tabby, and -stream stays as it is. You can still use Loach- if you'd like, but these prefixes are more for a regular tabby.

Character Reasoning: Aside from that one tidbit of his name, I have no real issues with him! Well done.

He then left on a journey with three others to find a lost medicine cat. Unfortunately, he and another warrior met a dog. The dog fought him beside a gorge, and he was hit over the edge. Rollicking good start to the afternoon, I can feel it.

Name Type: Canonical
Name Reasoning: Jackdaw- is a prefix that doesn't work mostly because it's a compound word and breaks up the flow of a name (much like Dragonfly- or Hedgehog- - imagine a Sunflowerflower), which makes the name sound awkward and overly long, but also because if anything I'd call Jackdaw- a prefix for a dark grey cat, not a completely black one (with a white patch, no less). The majority of the pictures on Google show them as a dark grey color with small patches of lighter grey and black, so maybe a smokey grey? There are birds that do have the black-with-white-patches thing going on, though, which there are names for.
Alternative Name: Rookstar/Dipperstar. Both birds are black with a white chest marking, and since he's a leader, he's fine with -star.

Character Rating: 5/10
Character Reasoning: There's a lot to cover here, to say the least.
First, there's the fact that he's abandoned and rejoined the Clan twice, once for inane reasons, once for...I don't know why, joined up with rogues (not loners, rogues), became their second in command under a name that technically no cat should have because cats don't know what blades are, then joined his Clan again after his stint in a literal gang like he didn't completely abandon his kin and traditions. I don't know what leader thought this was a brilliant idea - who was in charge of deciding to let this guy back into the Clan after his second abandoning? Why would anyone accept him again, especially a cat like that?
Speaking of...
Let me just say right now that either this guy is a psychopath or just horrendously inconsistent. He's a sadistic, cold cat who has a "fun" side and a fierce love for his family and friends. People who take pleasure in hurting others are not the types to have close relations. Generally, they'd keep a boy/girlfriend around to abuse them for power's sake. These people tend to be sociopaths, psychopaths, etc., but I won't get into that here because that's an entire level of psychology and it's not worth talking about right now.
And there's a fact that he managed to snag a mate AND become leader with such a winning personality.
My point here is that this cat's messy. Someone like him would never be allowed back in after leaving twice. In fact, they probably wouldn't let him in after the first time if he's really a pain-lover and cruel sort, no matter what "fun side" he may have (which isn't at all explained here).
I suggest removing that pain-pleasure thing entirely, revamping his history hardcore, and at least making him a cat worth keeping in the Clan, or bringing back. There's no implied skills here - maybe he should have a skill. And at least give him a reason that others could consider him to be leader-material. This is, like, the antithesis of an ideal leader.

Quick question: if you were able to make a cat, would a sadistic tom or she cat work?
For example:
A cat that shared a secret inside of them, where they loved for their victims to suffer and feel their claws sink into flesh. They're very sadistic, and they hide it extremely well; on the outside, they seem like a calm, well mannered cat.

Honestly, I highly suggest people to keep away from sadistic personalities. There's a couple reasons why, so allow me to ramble a minute about it.
The thing with sadistic characters is that they are really difficult to do properly or even well. Sadism or general disregard of others is usually connected with certain mental disorders, which require heavy amounts of research. On top of that, from my experience, people tend to have sadistic characters so they can do whatever they want in an RP, or have an "edgy" character, or sometimes just have an excuse for poor characterization. The thing is that most sadist characters don't tend to have goals outside of messing things up, which makes them come off as one dimensional and shallow.
Plus, there is the fact that if you want to have a Clan cat who's secretly sadistic, it's going to be very hard for them to hide it all their lives. Rule number one of warrior characters: your cat does not exist in a vacuum. Whatever they do will eventually be noted, and if an apprentice is known for being overly violent in their fights, that cat will be pegged as trouble for future battles. A sadistic cat can be a huge problem for the Clan, since they take joy in fighting and hurting others, and who's to say that cat won't just up and attack one of their own Clanmates one day for a thrill, or bully others?
Basically, not only are sadist characters extremely hard to do and nearly overdone (poorly), they would be the most likely cats to be kicked out of a Clan at some point in their lives.

I won't be judging his loner name, since he does have a reason to be called that. Let's see if we can find a good name for him.

Warrior Name Suggestions: Harefur/Rushpelt (suffixes interchangeable)
Name Reasoning: Hare- and Rush- refer to a brown cat, and while he does have some strategic abilities, he doesn't have any particular skills that have a name to them, so he gets the default -fur or -pelt. Note that this doesn't mean he's useless, it just means that whatever skill he might have doesn't have a name, or that he's generally good at everything.

Character Reasoning: I think my only question is how he manages to be very poor in battle but a brilliant strategist. We could blame it on a bad leg (with that scar there may be some underlying injuries to his muscles) or that he's rather scrawny and easily taken down, so it's not the biggest issue? But it's still a bit noticeable. Otherwise, there's no real issues with him!

Personality/Skills: Mossfur is a short tempered, anouing at. Her fluffy fur start to shake if you have made her mad. In anger, she could probably take down the forest. She had kits once, but it was in leafbare. That was the coldest the clan had seen. The kits, along with many others, died. She was spiteful ever since she was a kit. Her sister, Silverspots, was always the timid one and she was the bossy, angry, stubborn, and hot headed one. Her mother, Goldenclaw, was of clan heritage and her father, Russetbramble, was clan born as well. But Mossfur had a deep secret to carry. Her mother, Goldenclaw, is the medicine cat. Her father already has legal kits. He doesn't know he has more. Mossfur has often come to times where she had almost told someone, but Silverspots was there to remind her to absolutely NOT to tell anyone. Her anger has helped her well in battle. Although short-tempered, she likes to help a lot in what she believes in. And that is saving her clan. She is great at fighting because she has a temper and sharp claws. And to the other clan, that doesn't mix well.
