searching for someone to play the tailor's son in this plot:

a kingdom ruled by a fair, dutiful king is overthrown by his own not-so-loyal royal philosophers. the king is murdered in the attack, along with the queen. their first born son is kidnapped, but the two daughters and the younger son is killed. (or so the philosophers think.) the eldest daughter is saved by a philosopher that has remained loyal to the king through this coup d'etat. he flees the kingdom with his "niece" to the farthest corner of the land. they spend ten years in a small, remote village as uncle and niece. then the year she turns sixteen, a troop of soldiers ride through the village, on the search for the princess. they set fire to the tailor's house, with the tailor and his family inside of it. the tailor's only son manages to escape the burning house, but his parents do not survive. the princess finds him, half dead, and takes him to her "uncle". the philosopher and the princess do their best to heal the tailor's son. the uncle understands that they have finally been found. he knows that they must escape or else they will be killed. the princess, the tailor's son, and the philosopher flee to the outskirts of the village, but the soldiers manage to catch up. before the philosopher is killed, he tells the tailor's son to protect the princess. it is then that the tailor's son finds out who the niece really is. the philosopher is struck down by several arrows, and the two survivors run as far as they can. the soldiers still manage to find them and continue leaving burnt carcasses in their path. the princess decides to stop running away and to go back to the palace and face the man on the throne, her brother.
blah blah blah blah blah blah on and on they go adventuring yay
when they first arrive in the kingdom, the young king appears as a puppet playing the script of his advisors, the philosophers who had overthrown the previous king. in the end, they find out that the brother had been behind the coup d'etat so many years ago. he had only been fifteen the day their parents were killed. his ruthlessness does not entirely shock the princess. he had always been bloodthirsty and vicious. the tailor's son and the princess must find and put together troops that are willing to help overthrow the cruel king and his murderous advisers.

and searching for someone to play the female in this plot:

two wizards that were taken [I'm thinking that the one that stole them should be in charge and I think that person should be an old woman, who's almost as powerful as any royal wizard but does not share a single drop of blood with them. (she'll eventually die from the plague, but since she has stronger powers than the rest of the lesser wizards, she will outlast them and carry on to instruct our charries to find more forces. And then she'll die.)] from their very powerful royal fams when they were babies are now part of an organization of lesser [rebel?] wizards, [who have escaped the wrath of the royal families-we need to make up something that the royals are doing that's really horrific cuz.. the lesser wizards wanna wage war. ideas?*] but most of those wizards get killed off by a plague, [correctamundo. "you're a wizard, harry!" wut, so yeah maybe the plague could be set off from some type of curse the royal family made when they had found out what the rebels wanted to do (overthrow them) BUT the curse doesn't affect members of royal blood (in comes our two characters) and off they go on their adventure.] so our charries must travel great distance to gather and build more forces of lesser wizards to overthrow the royals." and for the wizards that got hit by the plague.. let's say that they're not exactly dead. maybe they could be brainwashed or something and obeyed the royal wizards' every command.
*ideas for what the royal wizards are doing that's so horrible that the lesser wizards want to battle against them:
- royal wizards are gaining too much power and governing with violence/force/blackmail
- royal wizards have gained possession of dark magic and are using it to diminish all populations of lesser wizards (holocaust? and with this, we could make things more interesting because they would have to be in hiding.. although that might not be so interesting after a while, i'm not sure.)
- lesser wizards are living in utter gutters (xD) and poverty, starvation, etc because the royals are draining them of money and without energy, the lesser wizards cannot grow food, make things efficiently, etc. (we could do some robin-hooding with this plot)
--sidenote-- OOOOh.. we can have a scene where our charries meet their siblings who try to persuade them to drop the fight (although that's thinking way way ahead.)
also, we can have a ministry of magic (similar to harry potter's min of mag) but they will be on the lesser wizards' side. the royal wizards will overtake them and their downfall with greatly injure the rebels' political angle.

first off, i can usually write 2+ paragraphs, but i tend to mimic whatever my partner
puts out. my time zone is CST, and i'm usually on from late evening to early morning
(once school starts back up i'll be more active during the day/afternoon). as for my
roleplaying norms, i can play just about any gender, but when dealing with OCs i lean
towards nonbinary characters. i'm generally open to all types of relationships except
for canon x oc and any shipping that deals with real people. i myself am not a pro
at coding, so i don't expect/require breath-taking forms. i would prefer to roleplay
on the forums, but i'm alright with pm if you insist so.
