Apprentices aren't decided that way in this RP! It's semi-random with a lean towards some plot-appropriate choices. Right now the RP is set on the day before the apprenticeship ceremony for the kits. In character, Almondstar will announce the mentorships at the ceremony n.n

The bit of randomness makes it a little more organic and true to canon, I think~
