snowpaw is a six moon-old tom
with no fur. he could be described
as a white cat, with dark coloring
along his head, & down to his tail.
he has startling blue eyes that he
inherited from his biological father,
along with his pelt coloring & the
rest of his appearance. his mother
named him snowkit as he looked
like his own father, blizzardclaw.

personality : a kind and quiet tom,
snowpaw likes to appear nice but has
a tendency to come off as cautious
yet curious. he is quite smart though
he can get a bit distracted easily, &
is usually quiet around other cats
that he doesn't know very well and
with family, he can quite loud if he
gets that excited. if he doesn't know
you or trust you, you won't be able
to tell the difference too easily. he
can be an emotional roller coaster
at times, however he doesn't like to
show that to anyone but his sister.

history : he was born to vinestrike
& blizzardclaw, with his one sister.
his father was an ex-kittypet that
had taken advantage of his mother.
after vinestrike picked a fight with
him, he tried to become a kittypet
again but vinestrike's father killed
him with ease and didn't mention
it again. his mother never talked
about their father in front of them
but his sister finds out once they're
warriors. he's always wondered
about their father as he had never
been in the picture, but when he
had asked, she would evade the
question altogether. none of them
know that lionwatcher murdered
blizzardclaw, except for himself,
of course.

snowpaw smells of cedar wood and
faint peach. his favorite prey happens
to be robin and his least favorite is
rat. his theme song is wait for it and
his voice is similar to that of chris's.

Laburnumpaw has always been a rather adorable young she-cat. She is kind and considerate towards others, often displaying very thoughtful, or even self-sacrificial tendencies. Laburnumpaw has a varied sense of humor and loves a good joke, as long as everyone involved is having fun. She is not always the most socially keen, however, and seems to struggle with knowing how to react to things. Laburnumpaw might laugh at bad news, thinking it is a joke, say something unintentionally rude, or get overwhelmed by other cats' emotional displays. Some might find her strange and difficult to get along with, while others think of her as quirky and cute. Whatever one's opinion, Laburnumpaw always means well and wants to be a good clanmate for her fellow felines.
While she used to be more happy-go-lucky, Laburnumpaw has been very tense and jumpy lately. It is obvious that something is bothering her, but she has been afraid to share what that "something" is. She tries very hard to avoid giving Gardenia a reason to punish her, but she has trouble hiding her reluctance to embrace Quartzclan's "new traditions".

There was a time when Laburnumpaw wanted nothing more than to become a full warrior of Quartzclan, but for the last few moons, her opinion has changed. She never got a taste of what being a warrior was like before Gardenia took over and separated the clan into two gender-based classes. Now, all Laburnumpaw has to look forward to is a life of chores and kit-bearing, and there is not much she can do about it. Her apprenticeship was stunted, since she stopped being taught battle moves. Any of the current and former warriors, as well as her male apprentice counterparts, could almost certainly overpower her. However, the thing that scares her the most is the idea that she will never be able to love another cat. She-cats are paired with toms, not other she-cats. That is unfortunate for this young lesbian, who would like nothing more than to confess her feelings for Cinderpaw and enjoy her company into old age. She considers Cinderpaw her only friend, yet she knows that any day now, she will be old enough to be paired with a tom. Since Laburnumpaw would do anything to avoid her fate, and yet feels she is powerless to stop it, she has become increasingly anxious and unhappy. She simply does not know what to do with all the fruitless desperation she feels.
Laburnumpaw is suspicious of any non-clanborn cats after what happened with Gardenia, resents Skyflower for "giving up", and worries about Bubblingbrook as well. It would be too easy for a certain someone to order a curse instead of a cure. Laburnumpaw avoids being treated for illnesses and injuries as much as she can.

Snailfang has proved to be both an excellent hunter and fighter in her time as a warrior, but one would not know that unless they watched her in action. She is a modest cat, not at all a fan of boasting about her accomplishments. Snailfang feels that a cat's actions should speak for themselves, and anyone who feels the need to brag is probably just compensating for something. She is very loyal to those she considers close to her, and was also quite attached to the warrior code, before it was altered by Gardenia. Snailfang is the sort of cat to avoid anything she feels is "wrong", but not so likely to confront others about it. Instead, she lets rule-breakers suffer their own consequences and does not concern herself with seeing to it that consequences happen. All-in-all, Snailfang is a dependable, loyal she-cat who can be counted on, but also thinks for herself and chooses her loyalties wisely. Her mannerisms have not changed much since the change in leadership. She is perhaps a little more quiet than she used to be, but that it about all.

Before Gardenia's takeover, Snailfang was a respected warrior, able to easily hold her own in just about any activity. She was never quite the best at anything, but moreso good at most skills. She loved being a warrior and took pride in serving her clan well. Perhaps her proudest moments were spent mentoring Mallowfrost.
It was her devotion to her clan that caused Snailfang to do nothing when Gardenia murdered their former leader. It was a fair fight that both cats had agreed upon, so Snailfang felt that it was only right to honor that agreement and accept Gardenia as a leader. However, the changes Gardenia made did not sit right with Snailfang. The rampant murder and blatant inequality among Quartzclan made her sick, not to mention her own demotion to a glorified uterus. Snailfang never minded the idea of having a mate, but the life of a warrior was always her true ambition. She feels like to live this life would be a severe waste.
So, agreement or not, Snailfang believes something has to be done about Gardenia. It is clear that this calls for more than just a friendly chat, but Snailfang is unsure how to proceed. For the moment, she is keeping her head down and eyes open for a weakness to exploit. She is far too loyal to simply leave the clan on her own, but she fears starting a rebellion would result in unnecessary death.
Snailfang is closest to Mallowfrost, her former apprentice, and Twistedpaw, who she fears will meet an unsavory end due to his malformed hind legs. She feels that any kits born within the past few moons are symbols of this new age of oppression, and dislikes them for the uncomfortable feelings they give her.
