Moonflight was reared alone by her mother, who was a Seawing princess and animus. She grew up with only her mother, and all was great. Till a month after Moonflight's twelfth hatching day. Her mother was murdered by seawing assassins when they found out she was raiseing a secret hybrid dragon. But a week before that, Moonflight had met the pirates. She had liked their way of life. She had declared to her mother that afternoon that she wanted be a pirate. Though her mother was reluctant, she accepted. In the few coming days, Moonflight was given anecklace from her mother because her mother for good luck. She also made herself a dart gun and took her sniper she had finished recently. With her mother's help, Moon was able to make a belt with two holsters, one for each of her wepons. Moon's mom had also made a satchel to hold her possions in. Then the night before she had planned to leave with the pirates, her mother was murdered. Moonflight just escaped barely. She then traveled alone to the pirates ship. In the coming years, she became a good navigator and scout, thanks to her sharp sight. Moon also became deputy.
