we need something that would cause some of the gangs/characters to intereact bc that's where the drama is at since they're all friends with their own gangs.
maybe they team up to do something but once they achieve it a fight breaks out

hmm perhaps, either by pure coincidence or traitors (robyn would have
no trouble betraying anybody just to stir trouble or get something
valuable cx), all three gangs hit up an untapped petrol station for fuel
and gasoline and whatnot (or some place more valuable but idk what's
valuable in a blackout) and stuff just goes awry. like explosions 'nd
fighting or whatever. the gangs get all broken up and confused in the
effort to escape and maybe hostages are taken?
then there's negotiations and rescue efforts and people can get attacked
by my mysterious creatures *evil laugh* ahem and yadda yadda.

or idkk. i honestly didn't think much past gangs and darkness when making
this cx
