Hello! I'm skinklegs but you can call me Ollie if you'd like.

I've been role playing for upwards of ten years and I'm pretty decent at it. I have some very well-established characters that I've been using for years, so if well-rounded and three-dimensional characters are something you value in a role play partner, you've come to the right reptile. Character development is like, my whole thing, and I will straight sit with you and talk about our characters for hours if you feel like it. I average about 400-600 words per post and would like a partner around the same level, but I value quality over quantity.

I like to role play either on Discord or on the forums since my inbox sometimes fills up fast and it can be hard to keep organized. :^) I'll compromise tho, this isn't like, a rule.

Anyway, here's some of the stuff I'm interested in!

Animals!
(Mostly dogs but listen.)


» Regular ole wilderness survival. A group of stray and/or feral dogs find each other and form a group to help one another survive. The main focus of this would be on the group dynamics and the formation of a hierarchy. I'll also do a stray dog role play in a more urban setting, but I like the high stakes that come with setting the story in the middle of nowhere: the lack of food, the competition from other predators, and the harsh climate.

» Military dogs in wartime. Ideally either WWII or a fictional war set slightly post-WWII. The most compelling idea I have for this is for civilians (and their dogs) to be forced into battle and to explore how they deal with that upheaval, but there's a few more things floating around in my head if that's not your scene. Feel free to come to me w/ ideas for this one too!

» Town where everything's just a little bit weird, somehow. I guess think of Nightvale. I've never listened to Nightvale but I imagine this idea is pretty similar to Nightvale's whole vibe. There's definitely something supernatural happening here, and nobody really seems to talk about it. Why? What causes it? Is it sinister, or is it just weird? And how weird can it get?

» Supernatural creatures (werewolves, vampires, witches, etc.) get together once a year every October to put on the best dang charity haunted house the world's ever seen.

» Private investigator finds themselves in deep trouble with the missing person they were hired to find. Now they're on the run from who knows who, and they can't go to the police. Would very much like this to be a romance between two women. I will be playing a female character at least! I don't have much of a role preference, but if I had to choose, I'd play the investigator.

» Ginga Nagareboshi Gin and Ginga Densetsu Weed. I prefer GNG but I'll do something set pretty much anywhere in the timeline. I don't follow the manga tho so I know next to nothing about what happened post-Hougen lol. Would prefer to use exclusively OCs for this one.

» Soul Eater. I have, unfortunately, gotten back into this friggen show for the first time since middle school. I'll do pretty much anything with this one, I just like the setting. I'll do OCs (I like playing weapons), canon (SoMa's my jam), or a mix of the two. I was into this for a long time and I think I can play all of the main characters passably at worst, I just need to shake off the rust.

» Miraculous Ladybug. I very much prefer playing Marinette; I don't click with Adrien quite as well as I do with her, but I can still write a good Adrien if you really want. I'm mostly into canon plots but I'll also do like...not super out-there AUs, like the reverse crush AU where everything's still mostly the same. If you're not sure, ask. Ladrien is my favorite ship...dig it.

» Dark Souls or Bloodborne. I really enjoy the lore in these games and would love to play around with it! I don't have any plot ideas off the top of my head, but I'd be more than willing to listen to your ideas and possibly collaborate on a story! I'm more familiar with Dark Souls than Bloodborne, but I have gone thru all of the games at least once.

Hello there, I'm clementíne (named after the song, not the fruit) and I'm looking for someone to RP with!

I've been writing - and roleplaying - for most of my life, so I'd say that I have some experience in the field. I would appreciate 200+ words per reply, but that is not a requirement, I value quality over quantity and understand that sticking to a certain word count can be difficult. I am in a GMT timezone, so, depending on where you are, that might mean that we're not often online at the same time (which is completely fine with me). You must be LGBTQ+ friendly, even if you're not comfortable with roleplaying it, but, since I am part of the community myself, I like to incorporate LGBTQ+ themes in my RPs. » Game of Thrones. Again, I don't have a specific plot in mind, but that's something we could discuss. This RP would probably require us to play multiple characters (with a few main characters that we could focus on). This could also work well as a group RP if enough people are interested.

hi, hello ! the name's sphynx, but feel free to shorten it to sph. i live in the gmt timezone and am a university student, so my schedule is a little busy.

my experience of roleplaying roughly is between 5 - 6 years, but i've been very up and down with muse - so i'll be looking for a more casual roleplay partner who doesn't mind sporadic replies (multiple times a day - once every day). i absolutely love character development and will happily sit and talk for hours about the characters, etc if you ever wanted to that is lmao. my word count really depends on what my muse is like, but i say that i'd have an average of 200 - 300 words per character per reply. i would like a partner who could possibly match this, but i do prefer quality over quantity. i also like to write in small sized font and intentionally lowercase. i do prefer to play male character's over female, but will happily split genders if needed. i am lgbtq+ friendly, so i do not mind doing mxf or mxm, but i am not yet comfortable with fxf. my coding is decent, but not amazing. i do not mind the ability of your coding, as long as all character details are clear

♛ dystopian survival ⟶ nuclear war was bound to happen. catastrophe at a global scale. this roleplay is set in the streets of [insert city here] and any kind of human life has either been eradicated or mutated into some sort of monster. a group of canines were left behind before the blast, left to fend for themselves. eventually the dogs venture out into the open and further down the line, they create a hierarchy - facing multitudes of danger. (dangers to be added/spoke about via pm.)

♛ wilderness survival ⟶ a group of canines have found themselves abandoned out in the middle of nowhere, they form a hierarchy and together they face dangers such as harsh climates, competition from native wildlife and the elephant in the room: lack of food and or water. tensions are slowly rising between the dogs from impending danger, will they learn to stay calm or will it cause a split in hierarchy?

werewolves and humans ⟶ werewolves have decided to move into a small town in the middle of jasper national park after the rest of their pack have been killed by hunters. the town of jasper used to believe in superstitious things, but now in the 21st century, the town's locals simply use it to keep up tourism. after a while, things begin to piece together and eventually certain individuals find out about the wolves. will they keep their secret or will jasper's locals spill blood? (hoping to have two characters each. one human and one werewolf, but i guess we could try and make it work with one character each.)

witches, familiars, vampires & humans ⟶ the french quarter in new orleans is secretly run by the supernatural. some of the more older human folk are aware of their existence and offer to keep the secret to be left unharmed. a witch has been unfortunately murdered and tensions are now rising between the vampires, witches, their familiars and humans. some are putting this mutiny aside and working together to get to the bottom, others? well they are causing the blood to boil, nearing in on all out war. will bloodshed arise or will they find the guilty one? (not sure about roles, as i've made this up on the spot, so it's not fully fleshed out! details can be discussed in pm.)

My main idea for the RP is that it takes place after Majora's Mask. During the battle against Majora, Link takes pity on Majora, who cried in frustration over his loss and admitting that all he really wanted was a friend, but the hexing rituals the ancient tribe used Majora's Mask in twisted him to the point where he can't control his destructive urges. As I said, Link, taking pity on Majora, agrees to be his friend and dons the mask. From that point, I don't have any ideas for a plot, so if you're interested or want to pitch ideas, PM me.

hi!! im rose, with my newfound time (thank you qurantine!) and really just a
revived interest in roleplay i've decided to comeback to chicken smoothie
and see if anyone was up for something. i roleplayed consistently for maybe 2 years
and i think i am fairly decent.

i am mainly just looking to improve though and tell an interesting story!
not looking for a specific word count just something substantial so we can
