the rain man
sometimes when it rains, you'll see a figure. it seems to be staring at you, unmoving. watching.
the locals all seem to know of the rain man and most just treat it as a myth, but deep inside,
they know.
the rain man goes by many names, such as "the fog creature" or "all knowing mist" or "stormy".
most describe it as a silhouette of a man in a trenchcoat and fedora, barely visible, shimmering and fuzzy around the edges. he stays still, just enough for you to make out the mysterious... thing.
