@Stitch,
seeing as a personality is compulsory for everyone, I can't say that you can just 'build it as you go', otherwise others would ask for the same. however, if you'd rather, you could just outline their personality (eg. temperamental and generally grumpy) and add to it later on as you build up the character. that's what I normally do, because the way I play my characters changes.
also, just a note, I'm not sure whether @aesthetic is still doing their forms (?). if they are finished, and are accepted, then jennaveive can definitely go to either, but I'm not sure how long it'll take.
with grim, his history can't be accepted. the point of this roleplay is for horses to rediscover the natural behaviours that they have lost over the thousands of years of journeying. he could not have grown up in such a herd like the one you described. small herds were common, consisting of two to five mares and a stallion, but the herd you described doesn't really match this idea.

a few of your horses say 'stable herd' in their history. I'm confused. do you mean an actual stable herd? or something else? because humans have been gone for approximately 2000 years.

I was actually thinking of sending Isis to @Long live the king's uno (if that's ok with them).
also, please only ask for one mare to join your stallion at a time. it won't do any good for your stallion to have a bunch of reserved mares when other stallions don't. it's ok to ask, just don't expect them all to come at once.

agrios was born into a small herd, his sire, dam, 3 other mares, and his half-brother & sister. everyone was close, and agrios spent his days chasing his older siblings and sparring with his father when they weren't on the move. it was until the day a rumble shook the land, and the herd was separated. agrios and his half-sister mother were the only two left from the earthquake, and this caused agrios pain. he ended up growing into a fine young stallion, and got himself a nice herd. the herd eventually fell apart, as most of the mares had died from sickness or birth. agrios was caused to develop a fear of heights as well, as some of his foals and mares were running from a wolf, and had fallen off a cliff.

agrios is a sweet stallion, and cares deeply for anyone who joins his herd. he hates violence, but knows he cannot step into fights.

hades was born alone with his mother. their herd had abandoned them when hades's dam had left to birth the colt, leaving the mare weak and hades lonely. as soon as hades was weaned his mother left him to fend for himself, which was a blessing as hades was free to join the bachelor band and figure things out. he soon started a herd after 6 years with the band, but it went downhill from their.
hades father had appeared, with hades's dam in tow. the stallion fought hades and won all of his mares, but hades snatched a mare for himself. 4 years later, he had a large herd, filled with happiness. then his lead, the one he had taken from his father was killed in a fight for the lead position, and the mare who killed her went crazy. hades got a fear for insanity from this, a crazy fear but still one. now, he closely inspects mares that join him, and gets to know them all so he can figure out if they are planning something.

hades is a middle way kind of guy. he won't stop to help the hurt colt a little ways off and care for it himself, but he won't put it out of his mind like a piece of dirt. he isn't overly kind, but he isn't mean, which makes him a little confusing.
