When you first meet this teen, her first impression is powerful and authoritative. Fallon holds herself and other's in high respect, despite her insecurity about herself. The daughter of Victory tries to hold everything fairly, and looks at both side of the problem. She is calm and collected in stressful situations, and is quick to act and think.
