Ever since humans have been around there have been daemons. Creatures that are an embodiment of a humans consciousness. Each human has their own daemon that has been with them ever since they were born. When the human was young and full of childhood wonders the daemon was able to switch between forms but as the human grew the daemon would switch forms less and less until it finally settled upon its final and forever form. Daemons different forms look like different species of animals, whether it be rabbit, wolf, lion, swallow, or any other species. A daemon is with their human at all times do to the fact that it physically hurt them if they are separated from their human for too long. A human and their daemon can communicate through their thoughts, and can sense each others emotions. Though, they may not always share each others emotions (ie; The human may want to go some where they may look dangerous but the daemon is more apprehensive, or even the other way around.) One more thing, a human and its daemon can feel each others pain. If you hurt one of them it will also hurt the other. If you kill one, they both die.

But what happens when there is some one with the power to take away the connection between a human and their daemon? To leave a human daemonless for some sort of sick pleasure. A serial killer that only kills part of peoples souls, leaving them lost, broken, and vulnerable. That's when he snatches them, forcing them to be in his gang of daemonless humans to help him slowly rid the world of daemons. And what happens when he meets a boy who's eyes speak pain. Would he be able to force himself to take the boys daemon, will he decide to keep the boy as some sort of sick pet, will he kill the boy to get hid of the thing that ever caused him to show any weakness, or will he spare the boy.

hi, i'm totaldiva (call me diva) i'm not new to roleplaying. however, i took a brief hiatus and now i've returned, but for how long i do not know. a little about me; i'm a teenage american (she/her) living in the middle of nebraska (central time zone). my interests lay in the fine arts - specifically music and drama, but i don't mind writing and art as well. lots of my characters will have traits that are loosely based off of my life events, so beware of that. i'm also polyromantic asexual, but if you don't know what those words mean just know that i am gay. therefore many of my characters will have broad sexualities as well. i have mental illnesses as well, so if you want to know, ask me.

i'm looking for a 1x1 roleplay obviously, but i also would like group roleplays as well, so feel free to invite me to those if you want! c: my limits are pretty limited (heh); basically i'm up for anything; however, i'd prefer if you didn't roleplay the act of self harm or suicide attempts. if it's in your character's history or whatever, i don't care, but please don't do a paragraph about your character slitting their wrists or swallowing a bottle of pills. this is for reasons that i'd like to not get into. i'd also prefer that if your character has a mental illness, it's one that you have experience with personally, and you're not just using it as an aesthetic. other than that, here's my bullets of info about my writing:

• i can generally write 1-2 paragraphs, maybe slightly more. it's all depending on what's happening and what the topic is. i'll generally just try to mirror! (give or take a few lines.) keep in mind my muse is temperamental.
• good grammar/spelling. i type better in character than i do ooc, promise. cx
• contribution to the plot/assistance with drama (i'm on improvisation team at school so i'm generally pretty good with coming up with creative ideas!)
• i can reply at least four times a week (i'll give you my schedule and tell you if i can't)
• i can take rejection very well (literally don't be scared)
• i'll try my best not to abandon the roleplay! if i haven't responded in a long time please come and tell me or bump the topic, i'll need a reminder.
• while i prefer to play female (cis or not), i have no problem playing any other genders.
• i prefer to just do one character, but i also don't mind doubling up if that's what you like.
• i can do any pairing - mxm, fxf, mxf. whatever's comfortable with you~
• pretty posts/forms
• i'm pretty laid-back and i try my best to find a happy medium with the both of us
• i don't mind if you want to do strictly roleplay or if you'd like to be friends!!
• personally i prefer thread but if you want to do pm that's cool too. just keep in mind replies in pm are easily lost so i have less of a chance of fast replies.

• patience?? i'm generally pretty busy irl, because i'm in so many activities - musical, drama club, improv team, french club, and more, as well as homework and social time. i usually will come on later and binge-reply; weekends will be probably the only couple of days that i'll be able to respond consistently.
• i'd like if you could mirror my posts. seriously i only ask for like 5-6 lines, but i'm not too worried about it.
• contribution to the plot/drama!!
• pretty posts/forms! even just putting the name at the top and lowering the font size to 85 is good, i just don't like normal sized font ><
• i'd like to add patience again because that's a huge thing

highschool/real-life au's
• musician/actress x artist/writer - this one could be an enemies to lovers thing? so my idea is that these two are working on a play/musical, my character being in it and your character working on the set. maybe they do writing in their free time but they're painting the backgrounds and stuff. anyway they're forced to work together and drama ensues?? (i have this one going on already so it will take some convincing)
• florist/tattoo artist au - where you take the most likely candidates for their job and you switch it. pm for more details.
• a "found-their-number-in-a-library-book" au - plot to be discussed
• "i'm pretending to be your bf/gf because i saw that one person hitting on you at the bar and you looked really uncomfortable" - plot to be discussed, i have one in mind though
• "we broke up in high school but now we're college roomates" au - pretty self-explanatory but still discuss the plot?
• loud guy on the second floor x the annoyed person below their apartment - if this makes sense? plot to be discussed
• if you have any not listed here, i'm all ears

fandom au's
• band member x oc - i like lots of bands. seriously. the specific bands i have in mind are all time low, fall out boy, and panic! at the disco, but if you have any suggestions i'm all ears. would have to work on a plot~
• harry potter: oc x oc - two characters at hogwarts, maybe an enemies to lovers thing or something?? please no canon characters, this is post-series. we can come up with a specific plot.
• percy jackson: oc x oc - two characters at camp half-blood. this is post series, so no canon characters. they go on a quest for whatever reason??
• song-based: i'll need suggestions, although i have a few: must have done something right, relient k; the rest of us, simple plan; check yes juliet, we the kings. please let me know if you're dying to do one with a song you have.

fantasy-based types
• graceling x best friend - a graceling is an ancient creature that has two different colored eyes, and one special power. pm for more details.
• innocent mortal vs. "evil" immortal - basically the mortal gets a shiny stone in a package with an address attached to it, and the plot develops from there? we'd have to work out the details.
• i like a lot of magic stuff so if you have one let me know, i'm open to suggestions

what i won't do:
• justin bieber. he's a jerk and i don't like majority of his music anyway.
• one direction. i had a point in life where they were all i obsessed over, but that time is over and i'd prefer not to dwell on seventh grade.
• teacher x student. it's wrong, sorry.
• the act of self harm. i have a history of cutting myself and roleplaying it would probably trigger me.
• medieval times. i'm not a huge fan of roleplaying that and i'm not very good anyway; please keep it modern. only small exceptions will be made to this, but you'll have to convince me.
• religion. i don't care if your character's religious, but i'm not and i'm not comfortable with roleplaying church and prayers and stuff. please don't try to convince me into doing that.
• anime. i don't watch it personally and i don't use their faceclaims, so i'd prefer if you did the same. (about the faceclaims; i don't care if you watch anime or not)
• twilight. i've read the books and haven't seen the movies, and honestly i don't plan to. the books were alright i guess, and i'm not hating, i just don't want to roleplay that.
• bestiality. sex with animals is a no-no.
• shows i don't watch. this is self-explanatory; if you want to know, just ask!
• animal pov. this excludes shape-shifting into animals or werewolves, though i rarely do those (if you want to, you'd have to convince me). other than that i don't do the point of view of the animal.

I am obviously looking for some more 1x1 partners. I'm a young adult from Europe, so my timezone is CEST, and my native language is German. Therefore, I might not be as literate as some of you. I'd consider myself somewhat relaxed semi-lit, I don't write huge posts usually, but I'll give you a decent amount of sentences per post, depending on my muse. However, there will never be anything close to a one liner. I guess I have fairly nice grammar, spelling and punctuation, and I expect the same from my partners, though I am very well aware that everyone can make some mistakes. As I neither go to school nor to work at the moment, I am basically available 24/7, I am online a lot because I don't really have a life, and I want some active partners, not someone who lets me wait for a week or someone who just abandons me. As for topics/plots, yes, I do romance, but only mxm, with very few exceptions, and I don't like rps based on romance. My rps need to have action in them.
