Supernatural Prison
No one knows how it started. Most theories are that some event in history set it off. A few people believe a scientist made humans like this. Whatever the case, for as long as anyone could remember, a small percentage of humans have had powers or abilities. At first, these humans were appreciated, even respected, but then they started to cause destruction. Most of the time, they were accidents. Other times, they were on purpose. Regular humans began to live in fear. Eventually, everyone decided it would be best if the two groups of humans were separated. A group called the SHZ or Supernatural Housing Zone was formed. Of course, it is more commonly known as the SP (Supernatural Prison) now. The SP is an underground center for the humans with powers. They are given a room to live in, 3 meals a day, and plenty of activities to exercise their powers. They must stay in the headquarters and abide by the rules. Those who don't are never seen again.
Whenever a human is caught with a power, they are sent to the SP. From there, they are placed in 1 of 3 zones depending on their powers. The first zone is the Safe Zone. The people inside the zone have mutations. The mutations can be anything from heightened abilities like super speed or strength to animal parts, whether real or mythical, like tails or ears. The stronger ones can shapeshift into 1 type of animal. The second zone is called the Middle Zone. The humans in this group have different 'safer' powers. Any power you can think of as long as it doesn't mess with the mind or how humans think. The last is the Danger Zone. The people inside the Danger Zone have a power connected to the human mind like mind control or fear inducement. Very, very rarely a person in Danger Zone will have powers from the other 2 zones as well. The people in Danger Zone are closely monitored. If they show any signs of using their powers against the workers or becoming too powerful. They are sent away and not seen or heard from again. No one knows what happens to them.
For those that abide by the rules and don't become overly powerful, life can be enjoyable and happy, so say the people who work there. But everyone knows no matter how much they try to make it seem like a happy place, it's still a prison. They still don't treat the humans with powers as well as they should. They still eliminate those who oppose them. And that leads to the question: Are you content? Will you live the life they have designed for you or will you try to escape?
Hello! My username is Unravel the Dreams, but you can call me Unravel. I am looking to roleplay the plot above me with someone. And, I know you're probably thinking,
that looks like a group roleplay. I suppose it could be a group roleplay, but I prefer 1x1s, and this Role play could work for that too. Now a few things
about me:
I am a semi-literate roleplayer, but the size of my post will vary depending on my muse, and I'm looking for a more relaxed roleplay. I don't like the stress of having to put down a certain amount of words or having to write with big and fancy words. I can write in 1st and 3rd person, but prefer 1st. Depending on our timezones, I can do 1-2 post a day. I can't Role play romance. This is something I can't be flexible on as it's just something I'm not allowed to do.
About the Roleplay:
• The roleplay will have us playing 2-4 characters. I will be playing 3.
• The age range will be from 12-16.
• I have a few storylines in mind, but I hope you will be able to add some stuff too!
What I expect from you:
• You have to be fine with all I've said above.
• You have to be able to post at least 1 time a day (I understand if life gets busy and you can't post. That's fine. I will have days like that).
• Communication is important! If you're not going to be able to post for a few days or don't want to role play anymore, please tell me.
• This is going to seem kind of silly, but please make your words normal size. I wear glasses and it messes with my eyes when the words are tiny.
• Be able to post 3-4 sentences.
