Technically, 50% human hybrids should really be impossible, because I've noticed a lot of people with 50% hybrids aren't thinking of the physical changes that would actually take place, thus they majorly have perfect human features, whilst they should literally be half-animal. If Victoria was half human, half dragon, she'd probably have a short, stubby snout, rather long ankles so her legs would be like a dinosaur's, claws that are simply the tip of the finger instead of just being her nails, no hair, probably have odd wings, large horns, walking on four legs/hunchbacked, and the like. If they're only 50% human and 50% another animal, they'll have some pretty unappealing aspects to them.
BUT BACK TO THE QUESTION.
Probably, yes. They would have more of the animal's basic instincts, though probably would retain some lower-level human problem-solving skills. Either way, they would look seriously bad if they were only partially human xD
