enforcing a hard rule on how many characters someone

Appearance:
Juno is a very pretty black phase she wolf. She has forest colored eyes. Meaning they're hazel in color. A green brown mixed bag. She's slender and average height. Her nose and pads are black. Her nails are also black. She has streaks of white. Peppering, flaking, whatever it would be called.

history:
Juno was born into this pack. Her parents were both hunters. Of course, that's the rank she joined. She has seven other siblings. That's about two or three litters. She has three older siblings. The other three are younger. That leaves her twin brother. He joined the hunter rank as well. She was raised and trained well. Now she's three, and betrothed.
