Also, INCLUDE THEIR YEAR IN THEIR APPS PLEASE. I don't want to play guessing games. Those who do not will not be accepted.

I am planning to make a hufflepuff female but I'll make a male too.

No more females in Hufflepuff after that please XP I'd like to start with even Genders and that will make three Hufflepuff girls + our female prefect.

Also, as a general thing, I'd like to add, if you already have a prefect, you can't make another one. It would be unfair for someone to have so much power.
