At the age of 18 Yzabel started training herself with her fathers sword, and with the help of a young guard. The Guard taught her all he knew, and they fell in love, they were going to marry but, he was taken away from her by Imperials. With her beloved dead and thought she had nothing left to loose she left home to windhelm, where she became thane and now resides.

History: Tsvanni was born in Elsweyr like most other Khaiijts now in skyrim. She was with the Dark Brotherhood since the age of 17, even before she was already a killer, manipulating people with her magic to do her bidding then kill them when shes bored of her games. Ever since the Night Mother was moved to Skyrim, she still took the lives of helpless and unsuspecting men. Tsavanni later fled when the imperial army destroyed the hideout near Falkreath, she hasnt gone to the Dawnstar Sanctuary not wanting to admit defeat to the imperials. She will still take contracts without going to the brotherhood, but not as many since she hears them through rumors. Now Tsvanni wonders Skyrim looking for a purpose.
Other: Shes a very skilled Illusion mage, and not afraid to use her power.

Hm I didn't think of Thane being a faction as I had forgotten about it XD, but yes that's fine.
But only a few things;
Fill out the accents and your second character is either a Breton or a Nord, she can't be both.
Once when it's fixed, I'll accept you.

If he is in Dawnstar he can run into Durak who is speaking with an Khajiit male (I forget his name so I apologize).
Or if he is on the outskirts of Whiterun he can bump into Shade & Darkla who are right now in the middle of fighting a dragon.
