Marissa is a very compassionate, deeply loving soul, offering it to everyone she meets. In touch with her emotional side, she has an imaginative and dreamy vibe from her, it shows in her observant facial expressions and her singing. But remains a girl where most of the time, she's very easy to talk to, with exceptions being moody and temperamental during her darker times. She generally loves socializing and talking to others. An uncommon trait, she shows a bravery that when she sees something/someone she likes or feels she will, instead of waiting for an answer, she goes for it. Not that she isn't nervous on the inside, she just doesn't play mind games. It's either yes or no in her eyes. If there's nothing to do/no one to talk to, she'll find an exception. So yeah, she can be very stubborn. Often fond of compromising, that's what she usually goes to, unless she's really passionate about something. She's devoted to each relationship she has, offering a humorous, fiercely loyal friend who will listen whenever you need to just vent or even just go out in the town. But not one to be taken advantage of, because if it's the case, she'll turn bitter quickly. With a high intelligence, she is smart, often fond of attempting to figure problems out mentally, and also expressing it on paper. Having mentioned earlier being brave, she also holds a tendency to have a sassy nature, which only really comes out when she's upset. More or less occasionally otherwise. Can't say the same for her blunt mouth, which can get her in trouble if she's not careful.

Standing at five feet and seven inches, Marissa holds a skinny, average build. Having born and raised in Arizona, her parents are both Cuban, resulting in her being Cuban-American as well. With also holding Latin, Italian and British descents from her huge family. With long, loose brunette hair, lightly tan/olive skin and a slightly raspy, seductive voice, her most notable feature is her striking green eyes, which can be spot from a mile away. She owns a couple of ear, a belly button and a left nostril piercing. She has small, light freckles mostly on her nose, that's usually covered with makeup.

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Marissa spent most of her life there alongside her parents, alongside a sister and adopted brother. Used to hot weather, she'd never gotten to experience a real winter, which saddens her a bit since she likes the cooler temperatures. But she's used to hot weather, since she basically grew up in it. She'd also grown up going to a Roman Catholic school, coming from a fellow Roman Catholic family. Her family grew up poor, because they would spend most of their money on their kids, but it wasn't too bad. While her siblings are aware, her sexuality is something she hasn't entirely came out to her parents yet, who grew up with traditional, conservative values. So their reactions could go either way. Otherwise, she'd say they grew up good. They've recently moved from there, for her father got a job offer near the city.

y'all.. don't even get me started on my first haircut.. and even that wasn't as bad as two years ago. it was so short, i looked like a boy as well xD i have super short hair now because of a condition i have, but that was the first and it was awful xD
