Clan: CrestClan, a rp Clan on here that I've just joined ^.^ they live by the sea and hunt from it and the tide pools, I believe.
Rank: Warrior
Personality/Skills: Resourceful and highly intelligent, inquisitive, rash, peppery, very stubborn; Plovertail has spectacular balance. She is well-known for being one of the best climbing the palm trees of the island, or rushing across the treacherous landscape of the tide pools or the cliff edges without even a slip of a paw. Her long tail helps with this, of course.
Important Notes: She's a new character (I literally made her yesterday xD) so any way to expand on her is great <3

Name Reasoning: I don't think I've mentioned my fondness for the prefix Plover-. It's just got a nice ring to it. Sadly, though, this cat is a blue grey, rather than a brown grey, which is what Plover- means. However, her suffix fits her perfectly, so that's fine.
Alternative Name: Gulltail/Knot-tail. Both birds are coastal, which works with her Clan's location, and both mean a grey-and-white cat.

Character Rating: 10/10
Character Reasoning: She seems like a fantastic cat for a new character (I know mine always need a second or third run-through before they're ready to go), and my only suggestion is to flesh out her traits a little, so that her personality interconnects and fits. She could be a very curious cat and likes to get to the bottom of things, but tends to leap to conclusions to satisfy her own curiosity and hence can be rash. She could, on the other hand, have a very go-to attitude that keeps her from ever just letting things sit, and she'll jump into something and start sniffing around long after the issue has been cleared up (stubborn-ness), or she may get sour when interrupted in anything (peppery). There's a lot you could do, but these are a few examples.

Name Reasoning: Shell- is great for him, and particularly excellent for a coast-based cat. Likewise, -sea is great as well as a replacement for -stream, so this entire name checks out.

Character Reasoning: His backstory appears to cover a lot more of his reference than his present self, so I would suggest putting more emphasis on him now than him and his mother. But his personality and skills are great, and overall I can't find anything to really complain about!

Hazelpaw has an overall sweet, delicate appearance. She’s unusually small for her age, and has thick, wiry fur. Her coat is a mottled brown-ginger-and-cream with tabby stripes. It tends to disheveled as she doesn’t often clean it and likes to play rough. When wet, her pelt clings uncomfortably to her thin form.

She has a long, slim body, muscled best for running and leaping. The she-cat's long, almost spider-like legs are tipped with dainty cream paws. A pale red-pink nose tips her long muzzle, and slightly over-large ears top her head. She has thorny teeth and claws ; not very long, but sharp. Her pretty sky-blue eyes are her most dominant feature. She has no scars or marks to show as of yet.

Oftentimes when asked a question, and she’ll answer something that doesn’t really have to do with the inquiry; she may suddenly make a statement that seems random or odd, not speaking to anyone in particular. Her train of thought is very complex, and it takes time to learn how she operates.

The she-cat can be determined to the point where it’s obsessive. Working toward a goal is her favorite part of life, regardless of what she’s aiming for or if she succeeds - Hazelpaw loves having a purpose to what she’s doing. She always tries to live to the fullest of her potential, and hates when others sit around and do nothing.

Name Reasoning: She is a light brown cat, so it's a nice prefix (with some slight ginger spotting, but it's vague enough to work - hence the knocked points). For her suffix, she brings to mind two in particular: -storm and -heart. Both suffixes imply cats who tend to be very intense, but the difference is that -storm's energy can swing wildly without warning and eventually calms down as they grow, whereas -heart's energy has a very focused point, and is rarely, if ever, changing. She appears to have a very consistent intensity and energy, plus the values and traits that she has (admiring bravery and commitment, willing to challenge authority, determination) really call for -heart.
She does have the build for a runner, but since it wasn't specifically mentioned as a skill, it doesn't really get a suffix.
Alternative Name: Hazelheart/Brindleheart. While Hazel- does it's job near perfectly, Brindle- goes for a more mottled pelt as her description and picture suggest (Mottle- does work here too, but I'd consider it more for a tortoiseshell than a brindle tabby). You can see my reasoning as to -heart above.

Character Reasoning: I'll just right-out say this is a great character (it may be a little bias on my part as I love these sorts of characters, but objectively she still is fantastic). Her personality meshes together wonderfully, and I can't see any contradictions or obvious issues. Good job on her!

He is very good at putting on a mask while in front of his Clan, who unlike him, are very annoyed and quiet most of the time. While fighting isn't his strong point, hunting around SwiftClan's forest area is. Unlike most SwiftClan cats, he can climb trees.
Important Notes: He feels very fatherly towards younger cats and feels he would make a better leader. Once he became a warrior, he sent his mother and father off to live somewhere they'd be safe and isn't scared to say they're kittypets now, but does keep it mostly to himself.

Very sorry for the wait on this; I couldn't reply this morning due to school. I'm flattered that you find this thread so helpful, and a good luck to your fanfic! (This is plenty of information to go on for a basic review, by the way, don't worry.)

Name Reasoning: I'd say -whisker works just fine if he's very skilled at hunting (if only a little better than others, then a personality or appearance suffix would be fine). Patch- doesn't work, because he isn't a patched cat - he's a solid black with some greying on his muzzle (something that comes with age and isn't really worth naming). He does bring to mind a few prefixes, though.
Alternative Name: Antwhisker/Rookcloud. Ant- is for a small, dark colored cat, and Rook- is for a black cat. -whisker is for if he's supremely above the rest in hunting, and if he's just pretty good, then -cloud is for his calm and gentle personality.

Character Rating: 9/10
Character Reasoning: He seems pretty good, but I'd have to ask why he'd send his parents off to be kittypets, considering that warriors do consider leaving the Clan shameful and that they would be completely safe in a good Clan who honors their elders (feeding elders and its significance is actually very beautifully explained here, and I highly recommend a read-through). Other than that, I think he's just fine.
