Hello there, thank you for taking the time to read my little add. My name is Keesa and it is wonderful to meet you! You may or may not have seen me lurking around the role play forms, I was super active there a few months/last yearish before dropping off of the face of the earth due to some overwhelming RL stuff i’m not going to get into. Either way, I think I’m in the clear now and have this role play that have been buzzing around in my head for a while now that I would love to start writing it with someone! So If you’d be willing to take a chance on me here is my idea:
Cursed mortal X Exiled Deity
In a world (I was thinking similar to ancient Greece or Medieval, your choice) there is no doubt that the gods are real and their influence is felt in almost every aspect of the mortals lives. These gods are proud, fickle beings with terrible power, who are feared and worshipped in equal measure. Character A knows this better than most. They didn’t always pay attention to the gods, afterall they were just some peasant who should have been able to pass under their radar. Of course they should have known better, they’d always had that backwards sort of luck. This particular streak of bad fortune had come in the form and animal sacred to Character B, a young(by god standards) yet powerful god, who just so happen to come across Characters A’s path while they were out hunting. Character A shot it the animal, assuming that Character B wouldn't care because they were an all important god and this was one measly animal. Unfortunately Character B did notice and was royally offended that this pathetic mordal would dare take something of theirs, so they cursed Character A, turned them into the very same type animal they had just killed.
Years later Character B has virtually forgotten about the incident, it hadn't been the first time they’d cursed a mortal and it certainly wasn’t last. They were powerful and better than almost anyone else and nothing could possibly stand in their way. Nothing that is, except for the other gods. When Character B is framed for a crime they may or may not have committed (the theift of a powerful artifact, the release of a powerful demon, the murder of another god, ect…) they are forced to flea the home of the gods and hide among the mortals. They can’t use their powers or else the other gods will find them so for the first time Character B is actually helpless.
This is when our two characters come across each other and have an adventure
I was thinking Character B would be able to understand Character A, since they would still have some of their very basic abilitys. Character A,not realizing who Character B realing is and having finally found another ‘person’ who understands them would agree to help Character B get to where their going in the hopes of breaking the curse.
I would like to play Character A, the cursed mortal
ABOUT ME
My replies are at least a paragraph, they can be longer if I’m feeling inspired, up to a few pages if I’m really on a role though that’s pretty rare. I tend to be a slow writer but I think I’m fairly literate.
I don’t mind if you don’t like to write very much but I would like at least two sentences.
I’m stupid busy and have no concept of time management. I love role playing but I can’t promise I can respond every day(though I do try). If I’m around I reply multiple times a day but when I’m not it can be as slow as once a week or more. If I don’t reply for a while that does not NOT mean I’m no longer interested, it just means life has me on the hamster wheel and I’ll be back on as soon as I can!
I have actually only ever done two 1X1 role plays. I’ve been role playing for years in group role plays and have hosted a number of them that continued for a good year or so, so I’d like to think I’m fairly experienced
I have a spelling disability, even with spell check there will probably be words spelled wrong. It’s often just a wrong letter or two so it shouldn’t be a problem but I know it really bothers some people so I’m just letting you know ahead of time.
I am also a sucker for some good world building! I really like developing a mythos, writing little legends and lore to go with the different cultures, that sort of thing.
I’m down for some romance if our characters have chemistry! But I don’t like that as the whole focus of the plot or with canon (fandom) characters.
I’m fine with playing a character of any gender or sexual orientation
Good friendship, rivalry and family dynamics are also super amazing to do!
I can play multiple characters, I can play up to six mains at a time or as many minor characters as needed. If you don’t like keeping track of characters I keep an updated character list on the first post of the form.
If you don’t like a lot of characters I’m also fine with just using one!
I do occasionally like to doodle scenes from the role plays I'm in, just for fun! (I don’t post these anywhere, their just for us but if your not comfortable with me doodling your character please let me know!)

Someone willing to develop the story with me! I want hear your ideas and to build this story together!
I don’t mind short responses but I’d like at least two sentences so I have something to work off of. The more you write the merrier! but if you have writers block I understand, feel free to talk to me and we can come up with some ideas together!
