Ended up making the starter post.
Parts are still a wip, but got most of them done.

Probably the front ones. Unless these are meant to be hidden bases, in which case I could edit my post for him.

The base is outside of the town, pretty much a semi-hidden. Civils don't usually go there without very good reasons.

I'm a bit confused; where are we starting? Is everyone heading to the base, or is everyone already there?

The villain members could be at the base (of course as this is the relaxing life of villains, they can be roaming around the town too, whatever you want your characters to be), but the civilians could be in mostly on the town.

Queen: is the colosseum thing you mentioned open for everyone, or only the villain teams?

My characters' first posts are up. I struggled to write something for Plumeria, but I worded it for whoever plays (or will play) Guzma. I hope that is okay.
