Personality: Big in size, and in heart, Wolfheart is kind to all even if they may not be from his clan. Though he is reluctant to unsheathe his claws, he is no coward when the time comes to fight and can be seen in the midst of everything giving it his all. Despite him retiring to the elder’s den, Wolfheart still helps out his clan as much as possible, whether it be telling kits stories, giving pointers to apprentices, and even patrolling and hunting if it is needed. His legendary patience never faulters and he always strives to see all points of view when an argument comes up.

History: Stormy brought him to Slateclan with his sister as a newborn kit shortly before her death. One of his sisters was left behind with his cruel father, although he isn't aware he has another sister outside of Birdfeather. Wolfheart grew up with Lagoonstar, the two having been close in age and in friendship. He was extremely distraught when Birdfeather went missing only a few moons after their warrior ceremonies, though Lagoonstar, a warrior at the time, helped him cope with the loss. He watched proudly as his best friend became deputy, and then leader, but was taken by surprise when he was named deputy. Grateful and humbled, he accepted and the two led their clan for many moons. Leaf-bare hit him hard however, and though he pushed himself to remain strong enough for his clan, Lagoonstar had to gently remind him of their growing age and after another moon of putting it off, Wolfheart caved in and asked to step down and retire to the elder’s den so that another warrior could take his place. He had only been an elder for two moons when the hurricane hit, and though he survived and reunited with his clan, he is still faithfully searching for his leader and best friend.

Quickclaw

Appearance: Lithe black tom with yellow eyes

Personality: The first words anyone would use to describe Quickclaw is ‘brash and a real fox-heart at times’. To say he enjoys fighting is an understatement - he often is the cause of any battles Slateclan may have. Despite his abundant ambition and wanting to be leader, Quickclaw tends to disregard anyone that may tell him not to do something. He is unflinchingly loyal to his clan, but his lifelong jealousy of his brother can distract him from seeing that what he does often hurts his clan more than help it. Starclan help everyone if he somehow manages to become the deputy or even worse, leader.

History: Since he was a kit, Quickclaw had been jealous of his brother who was often subjected to endless praise over how good of a warrior he would be. Wanting that same praise for himself, he pushed himself as hard as he could as an apprentice, often being taken to the medicine cat den for injuries that could have easily been avoided. He managed to become a warrior on time though, and several moons later, his brother sacrificed himself to a badger, having pushed Quickclaw out of the way just in time to take the killing blow meant for him. Distraught and angry over his brother’s death and accompanied by the knowledge that he could never show his brother that he was better than him, Quickclaw became more aggressive and has fought tooth and claw in an attempt to show that his brother was weak compared to him.
