Awww, sorry about that! What I do is gently wash with warm water and preferably unscented soap. Aloe Vera gel often helps as well as petroleum jelly! I usually, if it's bad, cover it with a non-adhesive (on the wound) bandage or a clean cloth and hold it there.
Edit: Yep, frozen things can also help like Aron said ^^
